George’s place was very nice, well equipped and superbly situated near all amenities - but quiet at night. Just 8” level walk to the main town seafront bus station. He was an excellent communicator. We could not imagine a better place to stay in the centre of Larnaca.

Great place to stay if you’re just trying to be close to the beach and experience everything from food to culture. Was perfect for me.

Spacious and clean apartment in a quiet area situated 10-15minutes away from the beach. You can find good restaurant, bakery and ice cream near the location. Maria, the neighbor who is taking care of the apartment, is very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed to make our stay more comfortable. All amenities are as described and even more, like extra towels and bags for the beach, slippers. We highly recommend this apartment for a nice vacation.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. It is located only 5 walking minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. As well, a bus stop and grocery shopping possibilities were close. We especially appreciated how nice the host is. She always responded quickly and was very engaged to make our stay good, which it was. Thank you!

Thea Nicole Selin created a wonderful space, that makes you feel like home. The two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and the stunning rooftop views are an extra plus. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the great recommendations for the area.

I especially loved the great location – everything is within walking distance. Whether it’s shops, restaurants, or public transport, you can reach everything quickly. The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Melis hanımdan tüm sorularım için gerek arama gerek mesaj yoluyla çok hızlı dönütler aldım. Evin konumu harikaydı, ara sıra elektrik kesintileri yaşadık ama bu Kıbrıs ile ilgili bir sorun maalesef. Bunun dışında temizlik konusunda bir sorun yaşamadık. Eksiklik olarak da sadece ev terliği ve saç kurutma makinesinde sıkıntı yaşadık

Pobyt udany, lokalizacja blisko centrum, klubów i restauracji, ale w spokojnej okolicy. Mieszkanie idealne dla grupy znajomych, ale i większej rodziny. Polecam :)

Amazing place and Ozi always ready to assist in anything you need. The place is vey cosy and warm and in central location, visiting everything on foot. Very communicative host available to please you. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious for my big family and friends.Everything was wonderful. Swimming pool was very nice . And the location was very quiet and clean! Walking to the beach was around 15 min or even less. Thank you Cecilia !

This is our second time staying at Dominika’s apartment. It is an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious, great location for visiting resorts in Cyprus and situated in a lovely village.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
