Wow! Such a beautiful house and property. Exceeded our expectations. - The outdoor space is exceptional. Comfortable outdoor furniture (couch, lounger, large dining table). Spent many hours in this outdoor space and dined outside every evening. The bordering garden is beautiful. - Outdoor hot tub was very relaxing. Instructions for use were easy to follow. - Wonderful to BBQ meals. A fabulous butcher is an easy walk from the house (less than a 1km). Sausages, burgers, steaks were all excellent. - The main living area was spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The fireplace warmed up the room in the early morning and made it a cozy haven to enjoy a Nespresso coffee. - The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. - The beds were so comfortable. No aches and pains. - Bathrooms were very spacious. The water pressure in the showers was great. All four of us made the same comment after showering. Overall, we would not hesitate to rent this house again! Great find.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Graeme's home was perfect for our extended family group. Lots of bed options, great indoor and outdoor living spaces, plus the pool and the spa meant everyone had a wonderful time. Graeme is very friendly and hospitable. and the house is really well equipped.

Amazing home full of art and stunning view, love the spa pool and the fire pit. The spacious areas make perfect for a weekend away with the family and friends. Yana was so nice and accomodating to our needs. The tv has Apple TV so you can connect your phone and watch movies. We definitely are coming back

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Anna's place. It is tucked away but a short drive to town and the beach. We felt very at home. Clean, cozy and overlooking kiwi groves that surround the property. The flower garden was so lovely and there is also fruit plants on the property. Highly reccomend!

This place was the perfect spot for our family holiday. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the place was perfect for us. The pool and Spa were both highlights and well used. A nice easy walk to the beach. Thoughtfully renovated and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay close to the beach. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that the sleepout does not have an attached bathroom and the backdoor can not be opened from outside. Not a big deal but was slightly inconvenient.

Great location, minutes walk to the beach and shops if needed. The house was very spacious so was great for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linen. Big kitchen to cook in with all the amenities you need. Spa was a nice touch and there’s a ping pong table in the garage which was enjoyable!

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Thank you, Liam/Team!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Thank you Laura.

This was the perfect little retreat for us to unwind and relax! We loved all the little touches that made us feel right at home, they had set the fire up all ready for roasting marshmallows, there was a fantastic selection of tea, and we appreciated the eggs and avocados! The bed was insanely comfortable and the addition of the robes was such a nice touch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Dave is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed during our stay. The cabin is cosy and well appointed and in a beautiful sunny and peaceful location. Our dogs loved the space and especially enjoyed meeting Dave's own dog (and they are very sorry about the destroyed toy!). Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with their 4 legged friend. We will definitely be back again.

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!
