The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Posizione perfetta, in una via tranquilla a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Portu Frailis. La casa è graziosa, ristrutturata, pulita ed equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, essendo un appartamento seminterrato la casa era sempre fresca durante il giorno, senza bisogno di accende l'aria condizionata. Riccardo è stato un host molto disponibile, fornendo info e consigli sin da prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliato!

I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

Huset og faciliteterne var gode. Specielt bruseren udenfor blev godt benyttet. Huset ligger tæt på byen. Byen er hyggelig om aftenen, når vejen bliver lukket af for byfest. Der var over 30 grader varmt, så det var lidt hårdt at gå til stranden, som ligger 15 min gang i badesandaler med luftmadrasser og parasol. Stranden er fantastisk og gratis. Næste gang vil jeg undersøge muligheden for at leje løbehjul. Vi var 4 personer fra 17 år til 57 år, og vi kan alle anbefale dette.

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Cala Gonone. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und alles vor Ort was benötigt wird! Zu dritt ausreichend Platz und kleine Terrasse sowie Parkplatz vor dem Haus dabei. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir empfehlen sie weiter!

We had a great stay here in Cala Gonone. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a family of four. The location is residential and therefore a walk to the restaurants etc in the town but this meant peace and quiet. It was very clean, a lot more spacious than we had expected and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking in the apartment. The recycling was a bit confusing but these are the local rules so we did our best to follow them! We would definitely return.

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

Wir waren Ende Aug 2024 für 14 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern (6 und 7 Jahre) in Monicas Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Monica war für Fragen vor und während unseres Aufenthalts stets sehr gut per Messenger erreichbar. Da Monica während unseres Urlaubs nicht mehr auf der Insel war, war ihr freundlicher Mann Pietro vor Ort und hat sich um diverse Anliegen (eine quietschende Tür) sehr schnell gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten, die Kinder liebten das Etagenbett. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, welche wir gegen eine angemessene Gebühr nutzen durften. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass uns kostenlos zwei Sonnenschirme und eine Kühltasche für unsere Unternehmungen zur Verfügung gestellt wurden! Wir sind zu Beginn mit tollen Tipps was Restaurants oder Strände betrifft versorgt worden. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nächstgelegene ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden - Vielen Dank an Monica und Pietro!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft! Claudia hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps für Strände Supemärkte und Restaurants waren top. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Sogar die Grundvorräte zum kochen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet und der Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Mario war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Check in war problemlos mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Lage war toll. Tertenia ist gut zu erreichen und der Strand in der Nähe sehr schön für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fußläufig.

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment verbracht, insgesamt waren wir vier Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder. Das Apartment liegt im Souterrain, sodass es leider ziemlich dunkel war. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles war unglaublich sauber. Die Lage ist genial, man ist zu Fuß fast sofort am Golf von Orosei, der nächste Supermarkt ist drei Kilometer entfernt und sehr gut sortiert. Kommuniziert haben wir vor Ort ausschließlich mit Maurizio, der zu jeder Tageszeit für uns erreichbar war und alle Fragen und Probleme sofort beantworten bzw. lösen konnte. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der neuen Pumpe, sodass wir ihn des Öfteren kontaktieren mussten. Aber ehrlich: Er hat es super gemanagt und wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung zum Kochen, Wäscheständer, Schnorchel. Marina war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Self-Check-In lief problemlos. Super fanden wir das kleine Begrüßungsschreiben und selbstzusammengestellte Heftchen mit Ausflugs- und Wandertipps in der Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, zu Fuß sind der Supermarkt und auch der Strand zügig erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Alessandro und Gianni. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war knapp ;) aber vollkommen ausreichend und super. Wir sind schon morgens in Budoni angekommen und konnten auch direkt in unser Appartement.

Great location. Convenient for restaurants, bars and the boat trips. Great views. Lovely hot tub. Good WiFi. We wanted to stay longer and hope to return. Well equipped kitchen. Safe and peaceful area. Matteo always responded quickly to my questions.

Logement très soigné, calme et bien placé. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les hôtes, mais ils étaient très réactifs via une discussion sur nos téléphones.

Casa stupenda, estremamente curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. Nella cucina c’è tutto ciò che serve per cucinare (macchinetta caffè e caffettiera, spremiagrumi, prodotti base come olio, sale e zucchero, pentole, padelle, stoviglie, forno, lavastoviglie, bicchieri, calici, tazze). Divano molto comodo, spostando il pouf si ottiene un letto matrimoniale. Netflix e altri servizi di streaming a disposizione. Bagno spazioso. Per essere proprio pignoli: il piatto doccia non scarica perfettamente, avrei preferito ci fossero degli agganci per gli asciugamani vicino al lavandino, dei doppi cuscini, è un po’ scomodo che gli interruttori della luce siano esterni e credo che luci gialle starebbero meglio di quelle bianche. Ma l’alloggio è splendido, silenzioso, la vasca è magnifica e vale assolutamente il prezzo. Check-in semplicissimo e host super disponibili e molto gentili. Consigliato!

Geweldige plek om te verblijven. De AirBNB heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, is schoon en ligt op een perfecte locatie. Dicht bij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Absolute aanrader!

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

Very nice place with comfortable terrace. Everything was brand new and well equipped. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

We had a great time at this apartment, it was well equipped, felt very cozy and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful! We would definitely recommend everyone to stay there.
