Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Orosei

L’appartamento è graziosissimo, molto accogliente e caldo (siamo stati ad inizio Gennaio), così come è stata calorosa l’accoglienza. Camilla e Piera sono due persone squisite, estremamente ospitali e gentili. Anche se per poco (avevamo già altri programmi), siamo stati benissimo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e trattenerci qualche giorno in più. Austis è un borgo molto carino nel centro Sardegna. Con una macchina a disposizione, o anche delle biciclette (che si possono noleggiare in loco), è possibile fare delle meravigliose escursioni in mezzo alla natura barbaricina. Inoltre, la posizione è altamente strategica per raggiungere le due coste ovest ed est. Permanenza di grande qualità, inutile dirlo: consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Vor allem die schön beleuchtete Sitzecke im Garten lädt zum Ausspannen und einfach zum Sein ein. Die Lage ist ruhig am Ende der Straße, weit oben mit guter Aussicht und trotzdem sind Bäcker und Pizzeria in Laufweite. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Cecilia, mit drei Nächten leider viel zu kurz. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus selber liegt etwas oberhalb vom Ort, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick von der Dachterasse auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegende Insel. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox und Klappstühle für den Strand. Cecilia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Tipps und Tricks für die Insel. Bei Fragen kommt die Antwort innerhalb von Minuten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ik kan de woning van Stella en Antonio van harte aanbevelen. Wij waren er in het laagseizoen/half maart, waardoor het heerlijk rustig was in de omgeving en op de stranden. Nadeel was dat de drie supermarkten in het dorpje en bijna alle horeca nog gesloten waren, maar op een kwartiertje rijden in Orosei kun je voor alles terecht

Tolle Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super charmant. Besonders der Außenbereich vor dem Haus hat uns zum verweilen eingeladen. Es sind zwei Klima Anlagen vorhanden, die problemlos das ganze Haus kühlen können. Einzig das Wasser im Haus war nur kalt verfügbar. Außendusche war auch warm. Der Preis war leider etwas hoch für die Nebensaison im September. Da waren 800€ für 6 Tage bedeutend zu teuer. Danke für den super Aufenthalt.

Das Haus von Daniela ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Meer ist nur 5 min zu Fuß weg, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Supermärkte…alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt für schöne (Grill-) Abende ein. Daniela ist ein toller Host. Sie gab uns viele Angebote für Unternehmungen und wir konnten sie jederzeit alles fragen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Manuela war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat für uns 4 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) vom Platz gut gereicht. Küche hat das nötigste was man braucht. Haben sogar Milch, Cafèpulver und eine Flasche Wasser bekommen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohn/Esszimmer reicht locker für das ganze Haus. Kühlt sehr gut!Das Grundstück ist ein Traum und liegt sehr ruhig. Es wachsen Trauben, Feigen, Kacktusfeigen, von denen wir essen durften und immer mal wieder haben wir frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Super auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt.Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Das Highlight ist die offene Terrasse. Nur die vielen Fliegen nerven etwas. Abends mit Kerzen alles Super! Die Strände in der Nähe Foxi Murdegu und Foxi Manna sind sehr schön und nicht wie viele andere überlaufen.

Wir waren (3 Freunde) zum Klettern und Wandern in Baunei und haben uns in Elias Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die sehr große Terrasse mit dem Wahnsinns Blick hat uns allzeit begeistert. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bars und Restaurants. Alles in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

Fabio & Laura were very responsive to messages, and made recommendations for restaurants & places to visit in the local area. The apartment was very neat & tidy, with plenty of space for our family of four. The outside space was a real bonus with beautiful views of the mountains. The location was great, and shops, restaurants & the beach were within walking distance. We had no problems parking outside. The only slight issue that we had was the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, but the hosts explained that they were awaiting fibre upgrades in the area. Thankyou for the water, beer & biscuits on arrival! We would happily stay here again.

Absolut schöne Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch war unser Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für alles!

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

très beau séjour, appartement très propre, très bonne literie. A deux pas de la plage Parking dans le jardin Environnement agréable, levé de soleil sur la terrasse Simona est réactive à nos besoins et questionnement. nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour, je recommande vivement

Paola is an extremely friendly host, and so is her family. Her mom is the sweetest, and I although my Italian is limited, we were able to communicate just fine (they live downstairs). She baked a delicious lemon cake and brought to me one morning. The place is very peaceful, and close to the main street where you find lots of restaurants and shops, MD supermarket right around the corner. Beautiful beaches 8min by car. The room is very spacious and the place is very bright, you can park right in front of the house and it is a very calm and safe street. The place has pretty much everything, including supplies (soap, toilet paper, sugar, salt, laundry detergent, paper towel, etc) which is a big plus. I only had a small issue with wi-fi since it wasn't suitable for home office. But Paola was very accommodating and flexible with my check-out and I am very grateful for that!

Excellent stay at Gianni apartment. The place is lovely with a very nice and quiet garden outside and the apartment has all the necessary facilities. Gianni and his wife were very helpful. I recommend.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

A lovely and perfect clean house, the garden is perfect in shape. You can feel the love the owners put into the place. There is a very good beach 800m down the road. 1,5km down the road you find osalla beach that is better for very small kids that can‘t swim. A pier is protecting from the waves here. In Orosei you can find everything you need. Very helpful and friendly hosts

Wunderschöne Aussicht mit privatem Strandzugang zu einer kleinen Bucht. Sehr großzügiges Apartment und sehr gut gepflegter Garten. Auch den Geschirrspüler haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sandra und Antonello waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar bei Fragen.

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Tolles Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Man ist zwar etwas abseits, dafür ist das Haus ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung hat uns super gefallen und passt zu Sardinien. Der Strand inklusive top Strandbar in Capo Comino ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Giovanna hat uns mit guten Tipps für Strände und Restaurants versorgt, die allesamt immer ein Volltreffer waren. Es war eine gute Basis, um im Winter, die wunderbare Umgebung zu erkunden, seien es die Berge, das Meer und die schönen Strände der Ostküste oder die Nuraghen-Kultur. Das Haus war vorgeheizt, als wir kamen, sogar das Holzfeuer brannte. Schöne Terrasse, um draussen zu frühstücken. Ein Haus mit einem farbigen Interieur und freundlichen Gastgebern.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!
