L'alloggio di Dario si trova in una via pedonale di Perugia, in un palazzo antico che conserva nella stanza il fascino del tempo: soffitti alti e ampio salone con camino che donano all'ambiente un' atmosfera accogliente e senza tempo. La zona è frequentata da giovani e i pub sotto casa ospitano la movida perugina: se ne respira il ritmo. Come tutte le zone frequentate da giovani è rumorosa durante la sera ma questo non è stato fattore di disturbo. L'appartamento è pulito. Molto bello il bagno: grande e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina è piccola ma vi è presente tutto il necessario. Super consigliato.

Ho faticato solo a trovare la strada giusta perché si trova nel centro storico e, nonostante le indicazioni precise, ho avuto difficoltà a trovare la traversa giusta. Dopodiché una telefonata a Giulia ha risolto tutto. Trovata la casa e il parcheggio, subito ci siamo sistemati col self check-in. Ci ha fatto trovare ordine, pulizia e asciugamani così che non abbiamo dovuto fare nulla per "ambientarci". Anche se si trova in un vecchio stabile, la casa è molto calda in inverno e moderna viste le ristrutturazioni ben visibili. Poi ci ha dato indicazioni su ciò che avremmo potuto fare la sera nei dintorni. La cosa che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la tranquillità e la relativa vicinanza al centro. In questo modo abbiamo massimizzato i nostri spostamenti riuscendo a visitare la splendida Perugia....e la festa del cioccolato!

Very nice walkable location, the apartment appears to have been renovated in recent years, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Not far from economical parking as well. Also got restaurant / bar recommendations from Chiara. Overall it was a nice stay, would recommend!

Alessandro's place was a great location that was accessible to the square and lots of option. He was also one of the most responsive hosts I've ever stayed with. I loved his suggestions of where to go in the area each morning! The apartment was also just as shown on the site. I would definitely stay here if I come to Perugia again. Excellent value!

Fabrizio's place is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the center of Perugia. It's close enough to walk to the university and the central piazza, but far enough away that you get a great night's sleep. Right across the street is an amazing pizza place - I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again. Fabrizio was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on finding his place and getting inside. The only slight downside was the towels were old and mismatched and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I'd still recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, modern space convenient to the central areas of Perugia. We had a great time! Thanks Fabrizio!

Casina carina e appena fuori dal centro storico raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi, comodo il parcheggio coperto. Proprietari accoglienti.

Simone’s place was fantastic - so absolutely beautiful. Clean, spacious, with lots of things provided for us, thank you so much! The view from the apartment’s balcony was breathtaking. Simone is also extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We will definitely love to stay here again when we have a chance, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Abbiamo soggiornato benissimo nell'alloggio di Bernardino. Appartamento centralissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Perugia. Well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it. Daniele and his co-hosts were great - very responsive and welcoming. Location wise, there's a bus stop right outside, or it's a just a c.25 minute walk to the centre. And it was very easy to visit other local towns and sights by car from the apartment too. A fantastic stay!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

È stato un viaggio improvvisato -tra fratelli e sorelle- nella bellissima Orvieto. Tutto del nostro breve soggiorno ha superato le aspettative: oltre alla meravigliosa cittadina, piena di gente ospitale e monumenti incredibili, l'alloggio di Chiara si è rivelato essere una cornice perfetta. Piccola ma incredibilmente funzionale, arredata con gusto e personalità, spazi pulitissimi e confortevoli, temperatura perfetta, letti davvero comodi. Comunicare con Chiara si è rivelato sin dal principio molto facile, ci è venuta incontro rispetto ad alcune anticipazioni/posticipazioni di check-in e check-out (ove possibile) e si è dimostrata subito molto gentile, amichevole e calda nell'accoglienza. La posizione è in un punto del centro storico tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tutte le maggiori attrazioni e ai molti localini. Cos'altro aggiungere? Se vi troverete a passare per quel gioiellino che è Orvieto, fatevi abbracciare dalla bellezza di questa casetta. Sarà come sentirvi a casa! Grazie Chiara.

I came to Siena for Siena Photo Awards and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. That 360 view is extraordinary, truly sublime; the apartment is very comfortable, it’s also convenient to have a washer. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, thank you Donato E Rita🌠

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very clean, modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It's better than in the pictures I'd say. The location is excellent as you're a short walk into town and shops and supermarkets are within minutes. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped so it was easy for me to cook. Giacomo is a nice host who greeted me and took time to explain the apartment and make sure I was set for my stay. I'd happily stay here again.

Paolo was a great and responsive host. He recommended a lot to do based on what we said we were interested in. The house is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding landscapes and it had a lot of space inside with a great kitchen and everything was very clean and organized. It was close to countless restaurants and cafes as well.

Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

La casa è molto carina in pieno centro di Siena. Caterina è super gentile ci ha accolto e fatto tutte le spiegazioni in maniera esaustiva. Durante il soggiorno è stata spir disponibile telefonicamente alle richieste.

We had a very good stay. The house is very warm & welcoming. The linen in the bedrooms was super comfy. House is decorated with attention to detail. House has a good energy/vibe. There was a restaurant/wine bar The Beach Club, which is a must visit within walking distance of the house. Francesco is very helpful & responded quickly. He gave some good suggestions for places to eat & see. It was our 3rd year wedding anniversary & we couldn’t have spent it in a better place, we had a very special weekend at Francesco place. Thank you again!

What a delightful and lovely place! The home is so beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed. The view from the living room is spectacular - a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunsets over the verdant rolling hills of Umbria. The home was spotless and squeaky clean with everything you may need for your stay. The linens, mattress and pillows were soft and comfy. It’s also a perfect location to walk to all the tourist highlights/restaurants/coffee shops of Orvieto. And the host, Simona, is friendly and helpful. She is a delight to interact with. I highly recommend this place!
