The little house in the jungle was really nice experience. We loved the location and the surroundings. Up in the mountain with the jungle arround you but really close to the beach and stores and restaurants. Loved sleeping with the sounds of the jungle. we where a little disappointed by the balcony, it's narrow and you feel a little imprisoned cause the plants totally surround it so you can't see anything when sitting out there. I would suggest cutting them lower to clear out the view a little. But all in all with loved the place.

El acceso en cualquier automóvil es súper sencillo, el lugar es mágico, hermoso, increíble, los apartamentos son hermosos, de tamaño perfecto con mirador hacia el mar o hacia el bosque, mi esposo y yo amamos cada espacio en este lugar. La pareja de señores que te atiende son absolutamente adorable, como de la familia. Ya solo quiero, deseo de todo corazón volver pronto. Dios me los proteja siempre y agradezco profundamente que a través de esta plataforma se puedan disfrutar lugares secretos tan bellos como este, a que dudo que exista otro igual al precio con lo que te lo ofrecen

We had a wonderful 8 days at Soul Suites, the apartment was large and well equipped, the pool area was excellent, the gardens were lovely and very well maintained, surrounded by jungle with a lovely walk to a waterfall. Lots of wildlife to look at and all very secure. It was 5 or 10 minutes walk to Dominical Town Centre and the same to the beach. The most lovely beach just 4km up the road. The only downside was the traffic noise from the road outside, but we got used to it. A good place to stay.

You can never get enough of the view! Amazing place and surroundings. Totally recommend this place to stay. Friendly hosts! We loved our stay, we will definitely come back. It is very up on a hill so don’t expect to walk to town center Uvita, you will need a car (4x4 on rainy season). But the drive is totally worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tapirus Playa - Vincent was a very responsive and helpful host, the view is really as beautiful as the photos, and the location is perfect. A few notes from our experience which may assist others: - Google maps is not entirely accurate in the town. It will generally send you to the right area, but you'll want to rely on good old fashioned "looking around" once you get there. - Water in town is not recommended to drink - you can easily purchase jugs of water at the local stores, or bring some with you. - Infrastructure in town is a bit of a work in progress. During our stay, there were periodic brief electricity outages, and twice we lost water. You may consider filling any empty jugs of water you've already used with tap water for toilet flushes (which was the most disruptive part of losing water). None of it is in the host's control, but it's good to be prepared :)

Outstanding stay in every possible way. Sue and Joe have created an oasis in the jungle. The lodging itself is beautiful and matched the photos but what sets Southern Drakes Lodge apart is the service. We are a family of 5 and never have we felt so taken care of in all our travels. From the moment we booked to when it was time to depart, Sue and Joe took care of every detail from taxis, laundry, tours (thank you Elsa!), amazing meals (Thai and Ellie prepared breakfast and dinner that were as beautiful as they were delicious). Five days was not enough but we all left with a sense of gratitude that we were able to experience the OSA peninsula and stay in such a special place with amazing hosts.

we loved it! The pool was cleaned during our stay and we got a mid week room cleaning as well. Everything we needed to cook meals was there, great AC, and wifi. It was gated which felt safe. Thanks again!

Niko and Nicola (and Mucho, the always friendly dog) were amazing hosts! From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful and always lovely to interact with. The space is perfectly located next surf, yoga, and an amazing café with super friendly staff. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Uvita! We've traveled to Costa Rica many times, and this was by far one of the best accommodations we've experienced. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus for cooling off and relaxing. What truly made our experience exceptional was the host. He was always available on mobile phone, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. His hospitality made us feel so welcome and taken care of. If you're looking for a perfect getaway in Uvita, this is the place to be! We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved everything about this place! House was well equipped, to say the hosts were responsive would be an understatement… it felt like we had our own personal concierge! They went above and beyond. Location of the home was better than we expected. Could throw a rock and hit a grocery store and Mexican restaurant. The neighboring house wasn’t as easy on the eyes and worried us a bit when we first pulled up on the property, but the man who lives there is very sweet and we fell in love with his precious dog! I would stay here again without hesitation.

A great place to call home for a week in Uvita! Great proximity to the beach and lots fun little places to explore. Great hosts that were always super responsive and quick to find solutions to little things that came up. Beautiful house with just enough space to comfortably cook meals and stretch out.

One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in Costa Rica. Beautiful home in a fantastic location. You are surrounded by an abundance of nature, wake up to birds singing in a peaceful neighborhood. The place is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and maintained, easily making you feel right at home. Great for families, adventure and relaxing. The hosts Dina and Lea are friendly, responsive and communicated quickly. They provided great recommendations and had a useful welcome book that listed delicious restaurants and activities nearby. Highly recommend this property and will be back again soon! Pura vida :)

For a group of 3 couples looking for both relaxation and adventure, this was the perfect spot! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures, with iguanas and tropical birds to see as we enjoyed the views of sunrise and sunset from the pool. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is a perfect hub to explore some beaches and restaurants to the south in Uvita, and not a far drive to Manuel Antonio, with a good selection of places close by in Dominical. Hosts were so responsive and available with lots of great recommendations and helped with anything we needed. They were flexible with our check-in and personal helped us find it on a rainy night. We can’t recommend Casa Linda highly enough!

Muy cómodo, tranquilo y privado. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y del parque nacional. Muy buena opción para parejas. La piscina privada es la mejor parte, ideal para relajarse en un día caliente. Y Andrey fue muy atento y amable. 100% recomendado!

I wasn't aware that the kitchen is shared but it was great! The hosts are really responsive and supportive and didn't have any troubles.

Had een fantastisch verblijf bij Marlene! Het zwembad was echt een heerlijke toevoeging, en de studio was van alle gemakken voorzien! Locatie top, en een goed restaurant naast de deur! Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terug gaan!

Marlene a toujours répondu rapidement et gentiment à nos questions. Elle nous a donné des informations utiles. La piscine est entourée d’une belle végétation et il y a beaucoup d’oiseaux, c’est très agréable. Le restaurant juste à côté est excellent et c’est pratique si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture.

Nicely updated apartment. The pool was beautiful and close. Plenty of hot water for showers even though no hot water is listed. We walked to grocery shopping, restaurants and Whales Tail.

Dit appartement was een van de laatste verblijven op onze rondreis met 2 kleine kinderen. het was het ideale verblijf hiervoor, Het veel ruimte een wasmachine/droger en comfortabele bedden. Er is een restaurant direct naast de accommodatie, maar voor de meeste dingen zul je toch de auto moeten pakken. En als je met de auto bent is dit de perfecte locatie. Marlène reageert erg snel (vaak zelfs binnen een minuut) op chatberichten en acteert ook erg snel. wij hadden een afstandsbediening van de toegangspoort waarvan de batterij leeg was en dit was binnen enkele ogenblikken geregeld. Verder is het zwembad heerlijk en is het ideaal met het in- en uitruimen van de bagage, dat de auto echt voor de deur staat. Dit verblijf is dus zeker aan te raden

Apartamento espectacular con mucho espacio, muy bien decorado y equipado. Playa Ballena esta a unos pasos, y es una de las playas más bellas de la zona, muy natural y con poca gente. Ubicacion muy conveniente, a pocos minutos de todos los restaurantes y supermercados, pero alejado del tumulto de Uvita centro.
