Absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Super quick drive to groceries. Close to Dominical for easy lunches and dinners and only about 15-20 minutes to Uvita for even more selections. Communication was fantastic and Tony was there to check us in right on time and as promised. Would definitely stay here again!

What an absolute amazing space to vacation with your family. We felt very appreciative of how well equipped the space was as well as extremely clean. The outdoor space was great and just a few minutes from the beach was simply the cherry on top of this amazing stay. We’ll be back !!!

The house was really incredible, I think much better than even the pictures represent. So spacious and clean with lots of very nice amenities in all the details. The garden is like an oasis that offers complete privacy from neighbors. The pool was clean and refreshing. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket, and a nice restaurant all within a few minutes. We had 4 adults and 5 children all 8 and under and had plenty of space and there was lots of toys for the kids and games for the adults which were a blast. Highly recommend this house!

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

We are already planning a return trip. Our only regret there was that we stayed at another place for 2 days when we could have been there. The home was exactly what I was looking for, a private home with a pool but even better. The town of Dominical was the perfect size, not a huge touristy area, but easy to get around and find a unique place to eat, groceries to cook, and a nice beach. The river was an added bonus as it was very clean and swimable. The only concern with the place would be the drive up the dirt and rock hill. I didn’t have an issue with it in our rented RAV4 with Rock and Dirt setting on, but I have friends I’m sure that would not feel comfortable navigating it. It is a short drive, but steep in parts.

We enjoyed the stay and the whole experience being able to stay in such a wonderful atmosphere, surrounded by natural beauty and lovely tropical sounds. A/C kept the home nice and cool for a relief from the heat and humidity. I would stay again for sure. Thanks Patricia and family.

This house is perfect for 3 couples. Everything is well laid out, each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and very well appointed bathroom, and they really do all have a stunning view of the ocean. The landscaping and pool are pristine. The kitchen is so well laid out for preparing meals, we all agreed this place was a 10/10 Also loved how close it is to the main road, grocery store and Dominical. Some beach villas are just very very far off on dirt roads and it is a pain to get to and from the beach. This place is easy to get to but you feel like you are in the middle of a private jungle. Amazing.

The architecture is incredible- spacious, simple, and practical. We swam almost everyday in the warm pool. We heard the howler monkeys and saw a family of white faced monkeys pass through. We bbq-ed one night on the porch. The house was as my daughter called it “Costa Rica home.” The outdoor shower and tub were next level cleaning experiences. The power did go out for one night briefly for a few hours. Bring your own shampoo / body soap and wash cloths Everything else is provided. Jorge is the best.
