L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de Pavones. La maison dégage une véritable poésie, avec son ambiance cabane et ses vieilles planches de surf en décoration. Les grandes chambres sont très agréables. Moshe est chaleureux et nous aura bien fait rire !!

We felt like family when we arrived and they were so kind and wonderful throughout. The tours they offer are amazing. Would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, la ubicación es perfecta con fácil acceso a playas y restaurantes. El anfitrión fue amable y estuvo a atenta a lo que necesitábamos.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Anabell war perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann ausgezeichnet entspannen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich positiv umgehauen! Anabell und ihre Familie sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Unterkunft erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß einige Supermärkte. Der Bus von und nach San José hält direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gegend um Sabalito, San Vito, und Agua Buena ist wunderschön und sehr gut zum Wandern geeignet. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus (Cepul) kann man auch sehr entlegene Orte gut erreichen. Ich habe unter anderem eine Nachttour gemacht, bei der ich einzigartige und endemische Spezies gesehen habe. Auf meinen Wanderungen, in Fila Tigre und von San Vito nach San Francisco über die Bergkette habe ich zahlreiche Vogelarten und Echsen sowie Frösche gesehen. Besuchen Sie diese Gegend um Coto Brus, denn sie ist sehr von netten Menschen geprägt! Überall wird man gegrüßt und herzlich empfangen.

I liked the place very much, it was a blessing, very quiet. The host was very helpful, I needed a good wi-fi connection and he was able to provide. There is a lot to do in the place and is also conveniently close to Manuel Antonio's National Park and other beaches. I appreciate he was able to accomodate us in such a short notice.

Lovely little apartment, had everything we needed. We saw lots of monkeys literally jumping over the roof of the apartment, it was amazing! Highly recommend as a stay in Manual Antonio

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in einer tollen Umgebung. Schon bei unserer Ankunft empfingen uns Dinah und Toubi ganz herzlich. Die Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock mit einer riesigen Couch, hier gibt es Kaffee und Wasser zu trinken und man kann die Landschaft mit Blick auf das Meer genießen. Da die Gastgeber mehrere Sprachen, auch deutsch, sprechen waren wir sehr gut aufgehoben. Dinah und Toubi kennen sich aus und standen uns bei Planung und Buchung zur Seite auch wenn wir unterwegs waren. Sie sind immer erreichbar aber gaben uns soviel Privatsphäre wie wir wollten. Morgens wurden wir mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt. Im Garten tummeln sich allerlei Tiere, Affen, Ara und viele andere Vögel, wie Kolibri und auch Insekten von denen Toubi viele Arten kennt. Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass wir nach vier Tagen abreisen mussten... 😍 gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

San Agustín es hermoso, amamos conocer el lugar, la cabaña es muy acogedora, con unos amaneceres llenos de neblina perfectos para tomar café en la terraza de arriba con vistas al cafetal.

The cabin is in a small and laidback resort. There is a yoga shala, and the staff can help with booking tours and more. The location is very remote (twenty minute walk on the beach), so it's adviced to pack light. It's also a beautiful place, with a big private beach but also in the jungle. We observed all kinds of animals, including macaws and monkeys. There are no nearby restaurants, but there are meals in the resort at extra cost. All in all a great place, and we would have loved to stay longer if we could.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insoweit man sich bewusst ist, dass die Unterkunft außerhalb der Stadt ist. Wir waren so begeistert von der Unterkunft, dass wir direkt unseren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. :)

Las camas super comodas, la habitacion esta nueva, todo muy bonito, limpio, ordenado. Pese a que el lugar aun esta en construccion ya esta perfecto para hospedarse. La piscina es super grande y riquisima.

La cabaña es acogedora, tiene una linda vista a la montaña y un río, se siente muy tranquilo y en medio de la naturaleza, la muchacha que nos recibió muy amable, quedamos con ganas de volver más y hospedarnos más días, si vas en carro bajo lo mejor es seguir las indicaciones del host y dejarlo abajo para no maltratarlo subiendo a la cabaña, la zona se ve segura.

Chorro Ecolodge is amazingly beautiful. You are literally in the middle of the jungle with your own waterfall and river. Directions to the lodge are straight forward and it was easy to find. We were comfortable with it family of six in one of the tents. We brought some groceries and made some of our own meals in the communal kitchen - which was well stocked. We also enjoyed a couple home cooked. Definitely a top notch glamping experience!

Außergewöhnliches Erlebnis! Es war super entspannend und ruhig - nicht so mitten im Dschungel wie wir dachten, daher auch gar kein Problem mit kleinen Kindern - es ist super schön angelegt, die Betten sind toll - ein Spiegel wäre noch super :)

We loved staying at Finca La Bonita, it's peaceful, right in the middle of nature , beautiful views of the tree canopies and the ocean. Visiting monkies, toucans, mccaws, humming birds and more . You don't have to go far to enjoy all the fauna and flora, you can admire all from the balcony. Christian took us for amazing day walk to see very old and tall trees , we also enjoyed night walk and spotted many animals. The beach in Carate is amazingly beautiful, if you are looking for a unique experience at the edge of Corcovado National Park this is your place. The road to get to Finca La Bonita is long and bumpy but it was totally worth it. We also enjoyed very tasty meals prepared by the chef , we had the best time getting to know the local area. Corcovado national Park La Leona station is about 3km away. Christian has a lot of knowledge about nature and all sorts of subjects , we wish we could have stayed longer and hope we can return in the future. Ania, Ann and Fionn
