This Airbnb is great. Mr. Joel was always responsive, friendly, and eager to help. He puts people before money. The neighborhood is quite close to Lincoln University of MO. A CVS is close enough if you need to buy medicine and groceries. I recommend this Airbnb.

Our stay at Acorn Falls was fantastic! The tent and RV accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. While we hadn’t anticipated being in the backyard of a residence, it wasn’t an issue at all and didn’t impact our experience. It did storm overnight while we were sleeping in the tent and we had no issues at all. The RV was a great bonus, providing a kitchen, bathroom, and extra sleeping space if needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning!

House was beautiful, decor was amazing. We didn’t have enough time to explore the community. We were only in for a night, but Kristina was so helpful with any questions we had! Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

Tara was wonderful, very proactive and checked to make sure everything was good. We used the place for a family memorial stay and it was perfect and well furnished. We communicated in advance with Tara and had a small senior family dinner. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

We loved the house, it was perfect for our large group - tons of beds and plenty of space for all. Location is private and serene but still within 10 mins of Jefferson City if you need anything. Elaine was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

Alicia was an amazing host. We traveled from the St. Louis area and had no issues upon arrival. The particular weekend there was a storm coming in and Alicia reached out immediately informing us of access to safe shelter in the basement. Luckily there was no issues with weather and the stay was wonderful. The house is amazing from the views to the quality of the home. I would recommend staying here whether you plan to explore the area or just a getaway to retreat to a peaceful property!

This is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler or a couple that wants to be close to downtown Jeff City! I stayed here for five months as a travel nurse and didn’t have any issues the entire time. I really do recommend this place for everyone!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hobo Hill. The house is beautiful! My friends and I spent some time attempting to chat with the unseen residents of the house but really only received a response once we started playing games on the third floor. We never felt unsafe and are likely to visit again. Thank you for opening your house up for people to enjoy!
