Layla is very responsive , helpful and kind, always give us an advice when we need any information about Osaka and her place is really good ,same as the picture that shown also easy for travelling to other places. i would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Osaka and love a peaceful area ! 😊

Very near mtr station, tram station, supermarket, family mart, shopping alleys and restaurants. Room is up on the 4th floor staircase is spiral so watch out if with large suitcases or with walking disabilities as there is no lift. But once you get to the top it is so private as you have the whole floor, room and roof top to yourself. Only you have access to the roof top no one else can come up so enjoy washing laundry and hang clothes to dry under a bright peaceful sunny blue sky. I stayed for 2 weeks and everything I needed in a house is available but I just wished for additional hangers and a japanese electronic bidet. I mostly cooked food I bought from the very near supermarket rather than eating out so I saved a lot of money. There is frequent noise from passing trains since the train tracks are literally just in front of the windows which I did not mind because I love trains and got used to the sound of it. Thanks for your lovely cozy unit I hope to come back again in the future!

Hosts were very communicative. We loved the place! It was so spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect right across 7-11 and very close to train stations. Would definitely come again.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Osaka! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und in einer super Lage – ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Hiroyasu war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet hat. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

非常喜歡這次在大阪住的這間Airbnb!! 實際跟照片描述的一樣，很漂亮乾淨簡潔，非常喜歡榻榻米的地板。兩間衛浴也讓 我們一行6個人可以同時洗澡很方便。最棒的是有廚房跟冰箱，可以讓我們煮宵夜，所有的鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全！地點離車站很近，附近有超市跟都是一般住戶，晚上很安靜，甚至聽得到地鐵的聲音。 電視很方便，想要看的節目都有，來的這幾天剛好天起偏寒冷，暖氣也很強，一下就暖和了！ 最後要感謝房東，回覆超迅速，資訊也給得很詳盡，不太會有不明確的部分。推薦給想要來大阪的團體朋友們，這間很適合朋友包棟跟家族來住。ＣＰ値超高，地點也很方便，機場到住宿只要一趟30分鐘的地鐵就到了！

It was a first time to Japan for me and my family. Seven of us in the house were just nice. Host was extremely responsive and available throughout our stay. We got lost locating the house on the first day but we got the hang of it after. Beds and pillows were awesome, we had a good sleep after walking the whole day. A few convenience shops nearby were really helpful as well. Osaka is the best. Just as small feedback: hope the cleaning people will sweep the floor thoroughly as we found dust under the beds. Hope to stay there again when we visit next time. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful house!

really enjoyed our stay here! we were a family of 5, and it really helped that Anya's place had 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The space is definitely more than enough for 5. Just note that there are steps up to the 3rd floor, so you should be careful if you have young kids or elderly staying with you. The neighbourhood is super quiet so you can rest peacefully, and it is also surrounded by many convenience stores and is very close to the train station. The train station is direct to Namba as well. Lastly, Anya is a super responsive host and always quick to reply. Would definitely come back here again :)

Jessica's place was great for our family group of 8. Young kids should be extra careful on the stairs, as they're a little narrow, but well lit. The space was actually larger than the photos suggest and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again. Jessica made the instructions very clear on how to get to and how to enter the apartment. I actually wished we stayed for longer! This was such a comfortable, relaxing shade in which to begin and end our days exploring Osaka. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here in Tanimachi-6. It's easy to get to many of the typical Osaka attractions from here, and an easy journey to USJ too.

Fantastic listing we highly recommend : private house well located near Tengachaya (15min by train from Namba), comfortable bedding, great and new equipment in the whole house (kitchen with all you need, big TV with Netflix, even the bathtub has TV ;-), reactive and helpful host. Sunny Inn was a wonderful place to call home for the whole family while we stayed in Osaka. Close to supermarkets, train stations and different food options, it was a great way to experience living in Osaka

Nice place on a cute small back street. It was a comfortable stay for a whole family. K provided us with an extra baby equipment, which we appriciete a lot! Metro station is close enough. Plenty of convinis around.

Liren reply all my message within 10 to 30 minutes. She is very helpful and friendly. She give us very clear check in/out instructions and allow us to locate our luggage in early 11am. The Homestay location is very convenient and surrounding by many restaurants and hot spots area. Value for money👍

This place was a perfect stay for me and my family during our holiday in Osaka. It had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The place is near Daikokucho, Imamiya and shin-Imamiya stations making it very easy to get around. Host was very responsive and proactive.

Highly recommend. Few minutes on feet to train station and also have supermarket nearby, Most surprise is Laundry room just at downstairs,It is very convenient for people to live in here, But Because the wood made walls ,this kind material It isn't very noise proof. And the vibra at feet step could Pass through from next room, So me and my wife was waked by very early by People who live in next door. But I'm not blame on them, People got work to do to get a living, So that's all right. So if you are not very sensitive of vibrate， Here is the best choice you could ever get.

一楼入住很便捷不用上下楼，房间设施新，比较舒适，三俩好友空间也很很够～周边很热闹但晚上还是比较安静可以休息的较好！房东很好沟通！

Comfortable place. Everything was clean and tidy. We were also given a welcoming treat by the host. Easy instruction given and the place were very close to the station.
