面倒見の良いご夫婦に迎えられ、お部屋もくつろげて良かったです！ 駅から遠い民泊が多いなか、こちらは駅から歩ける距離というのも助かりました。 和歌山のことも色々教えて頂きありがたかったです。 頂いたご飯もとても美味しくお風呂が広い！ 周りを見たかったのでレンタサイクルできたのも助かりました。 今度は喫茶店のお客さんとして伺います、ありがとうございました(^_^)

the location is very close to the station 200 metres. supermarket nearby. restaurants mc donald nearby. very well maintained. friendly host. had a wonderful time with my family. thank you so much....will stay again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cozy Home, it was a pleasure to have a nice, clean and warm home. Definitely will recommend your home to my acquaintances. Love that the metro was a 3 minute walk, a family mart was about 5 minutes and a vending machine in front of the complex.

I can not describe enough how absolutely incredible the Ninja house is. The architecture and design is probably one of the most artist pieces of craftsmanship I have ever seen let alone stayed in. The hidden rooms and they're seamless integration into the walls. Tiny little details all over the house keep you finding new little gems everywhere. The kids absolutely loved it and we did too! Kombini and great food very close to the house. The bikes are an added awesome touch and makes for a fun ride through the neighborhood. Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in! The owner came the last day and talked to us about the house and how he and his partner had built it. Really a true artist!

Staying in shinya's house is great experience to us, i don't have things to complaints too, i love It !!!

Yoko was very nice and friendly. Her place was perfect for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) plus a small dog. The first floor bedroom and toilet was very convenient for my old mom. Plenty of space for us but can easily fit 3 more adults. Definitely recommend for Osaka trip. It was an easy 10 min walk to nearest subway. Very peaceful without being far away from things to do.

I stayed here for a month and loved it! JR line right down the street that goes right to Kyoto station. Busses nearby with access to all over the city + shrines. Great for tourists and great for people living long term locally since it's surrounded by a bunch of fantastic restaurants and has a grocery store directly infront of the house. It made my Kyoto stay very nice. One of the cleanest places I've stayed as well! The only downside I can think of is that it's on a road with a hospital just a few minutes away so there were quite a few ambulances in the area so it made sleeping with the door open kind of difficult but that is not a fault of the home at all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the future!

This is our first trip to Japan, and Osaka was our very first stop. We had high expectations and were genuinely excited about this new chapter in our journey around the world—and honestly, this stay exceeded them. The location was super convenient, and the instructions were clear right from the start. We were given a wealth of information about the city, including food recommendations, activities, and possible nearby excursions. The apartment was very comfortable and, most importantly, quiet—something we truly value when it comes to getting proper rest. Quiet hours were really respected. Communication with the host was fast and efficient; they were always attentive and responsive to any questions we had. They made our stay absolutely wonderful, and we’re truly grateful! If we ever come back to Osaka, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ありがとうございます

Everything went well during our stay, the apartment is as described and is easily accessible on foot from Metro Station and Osaka castle. There is a nice food market next to Minami-Morimachi Station. The only thing is that in the apartment it was a little cold even when turning on the heater, probably the windows do not insulate well from the outside, but overall we had a good time. There was no pan to cook so stove was pretty useless. There is no microwave . The main problem - the Internet is terrible, so if you need to work - it would be possible only with mobile service. If you prefer to travel around cities a lot choose to stay closer to Umeda station.

Great location, and great host Anita. The place is big for 7 pax, walkable and just near the main street. She is very helpful and answers all my questions.

Had a lovely stay here. The place was very comfortable and the cute little internal patio was fun for me and my friends to hang out in. The location was a bit away from many of the activities of our stay, but because it was very convenient to both bus and train stations, it never felt like a hassle. Would definitely stay again!
