난바역에서 도보 10분정도로 걸어서 다닐만한 거리 입니다! 방이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 식탁도 커서 밤에 야식먹기 좋습니다👍 짐 맡기는 방법도 편하고 어메니티도 충분했습니다. 재방문 의사있습니다! 다만 히터를 틀면 건조할수있습니다

Voldoet volledig aan de verwachting. Kleine maar comfortabele kamer. De kleine sportschool op de begane grond is super fijn. We hebben hier dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Ook erg fijn dat de douche en toilet gescheiden zijn wat zeker niet overal in de stad het geval is.

Clean, comfortable apartment with a helpful and responsive host. It’s on the small side — I was perfectly comfortable by myself; two people might find it cramped. It’s nicely laid out and has everything you need, though. The building and neighborhood are quiet and pleasant, with Family Mart and a laundromat less than a block away. It’s centrally located to several major transit lines; plan for a 10-15 minute walk to any of the train stations. I would certainly stay here again.

Rightfully named Minimalist Loft as that’s exactly what you get, a nice cozy space with all of the necessary amenities including a small gym, tucked away from the main tourist area. You are within walking distance to 3 subway stations so you can get around town easily. Also, plenty of super markets, laundry shops, and Kuromon Market within a few minutes of walking. Also found a nice mom and pop dry cleaner close by if you require any dry cleaning done during your stay, it was super convenient (2 heavy jackets 48 hour turn around for reference). Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Osaka.

I had a wonderful stay at 昇太’s place in Osaka! The apartment is immaculately clean, brand new, and incredibly cozy—it felt like a hidden gem. For the price, this was an absolute steal; if it weren’t newly listed, I doubt I’d find such quality at this rate! The parking space was a huge plus, complete with handy tools and kept just as tidy as the apartment. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making my stay seamless and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to all Airbnb travelers—whether you’re solo, a couple, or a small group. 昇太 was a great host, and I’d gladly stay here again!

Po was undoubtedly best AirBnb host I experienced till now. He was very friendly and was always there to help us around with any help. He guided us places to visit and eat around. Place was very well maintained and clean. Po even provided pick up and drop facility to station and new year breakfast was treat to have. I was great time we have spent in kyoto and awesome experience.

Мне было хорошо здесь. Цены с субботы на воскресенье в этом районе были высокими. В этом доме цена меня устроила. От железнодорожной станции очень близко. В то же время шума я не слышал. В комнате работал кондиционер на тепло. И было хорошее одеяло. Везде чисто. А один из хозяев отлично говорил по-английски. Я ставлю оценку немного выше в надежде, что хозяева исправят совсем незначительные, но такие важные моменты для гостя, как: замок в ванной. Свет в общей зоне ночью. И хотелось бы немного теплее в душе. В целом я остался очень доволен. Спасибо

AMAZING HOST AND LOCATION!! PO's Airbnb was extremely convenient being a stones throw away to toji Station and to Kyoto Station. He was extremely warm and welcoming always engaging us and making sure we are alright and comfortable! He also gave many recommendations and assisted us many times during our trip! It made my trip so much more pleasant and enjoyable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in kyoto!

房子装潢漂亮，庭院景致优美，房屋内部结构保留着京都特色；非常热心肠的房东，懂日文和中文。和房东聊天很愉快。周围环境安静，能够感受到比较正宗的日本生活气息。

隔音稍微有点差，但不影响我们的正常体验

住房位置清幽安靜，公共空間大，適合家庭或朋友旅遊。距離車站便利商店也近，半夜也能找到吃的東西。整體很推薦！有機會會再入住
