Great place, nice modern unit that is well provided for travelers…. Good large fridge and an abundance of towels. Pool to use and eayt access to road to Valencia and Dumaguete. Have been to Dumaguete previously and can happily recommend Bigler. Also , great bird song in the mornings if you listen.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sun Xi Mountain Resort! The description is accurate - you're really on top of the hills, overlooking green paddy fields, and really just surrounded by nature! The place is so serene and peaceful, and definitely for those who want to seek a getaway from the hustle and bustle of cities/towns. Although there is no signal there, my friends and I enjoyed the break from technology and just immersing ourselves in the environment there. Admittedly, there isn't much to do there, mainly trekking and walking around the hills, but you can take their shuttle van down to the town (about 20 mins ride) and engage in canyoneering tours etc. In the resort there is a dining area where you can order food from the menu and the friendly staff will whip up delicious food for you. All in all, we had a very lovely time here and we hope other visitors will too! :)

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff; from the groundskeepers, cleaners, kitchen and reception staff and management. Filipino hospitality is rightfully renowned but the whole team here goes above and beyond what is already an extraordinarily welcoming culture. I look forward to continuing to use this as a base in my travels between Cebu city and the provinces henceforth.

Super séjour. Le logement est très propre et agréable. L’hôte est très réactive et nous a aidé à trouver des tricycles pour se déplacer. Possibilité de louer des scooters. Le seul point « négatif » est le karaoké à côté du logement mais le bruit s’arrête à 23h donc cela ne nous a pas embêté plus que ça. Je recommande le restaurant Ayans Local Food a 8minutes en scooter pour un très bon petit déjeuné, déjeuné ou dîner !

I had a wonderful stay at Seafront Guest House! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is great—right across Dumalaay Boulevard, where food stalls pop up in the evening (6-9 PM), making it super convenient for a quick bite. The receptionist was very friendly and approachable, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I also loved that there are stores right below, including a sari-sari store, Bucaneer Food Store, and an RTW shop. The place itself is clean and has a lovely balcony, which I really enjoyed—especially in the mornings with the birds around. The Dumalaay View Deck is also nearby and easily accessible, making for a peaceful start to the day. Larena has a quiet, laid-back vibe, perfect for slow days, and it felt like a nice contrast to the energy of San Juan—I loved experiencing both! Would definitely stay here again. 💓💓

We had a very pleasant stay in Puy-An. The room we stayed in was clean. The toilets and showers were also clean even if shared. We also liked how accessible the place is - there was a nearby foodcourt with lots of food options and it was also close to the spot for sardine run. Thank you Clifford for having us! We will definitely recommend Puy-An to friends & relatives :)

Just outside Moalboal, this is the perfect spot if you prefer to stay away from the busy towns and main streets. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Frenyx and Jep went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They helped with absolutely everything and were great hosts. I couldn’t recommend the place more. Jep met us on arrival and was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. He made things so much easier for us, excellent recommendations and the communication was very good. We strongly recommend doing the canyoneering if you get the chance.
