Nous avons séjourné dans une agréable maison de village qui a été très bien rénovée récemment. Elle est très bien équipée et bien chauffée (détail non négligeable en hiver !). Très jolie vue sur les montagnes et la mer au loin. Catherine est une hôte très serviable et réactive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Encore merci à eux

A wonderful self contained ‘cottage’ set in the grounds of Marcos house and garden. A remarkably quick walk to Alassio central, balconies on both levels, very clean spacious and beautiful views. Kitchen well kitted out. We enjoyed lovely arrival supplies, useful guides to the area in a folder and Marco’s help booking excellent local restaurant. The arrival drive is up a wonderful Italian hillside, where a need for a reverse to negotiate the hairpins is the norm. Worth having the smallest car you need! A lovely stay, Thankyou.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Wir haben die Feiertage über Weihnachten und Neujahr in der Wohnung verbracht. Adriana hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war bei allen Fragen oder Problemen immer sofort zur Stelle. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer und Stadt, maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß an die Promenade. Der Aussenbereich ist komplett umzäunt, und somit ideal für unseren Hund. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Martin und Ingrid

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche in Nizza und haben die Unterkunft dort sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war für uns super, eine wirklich gut eingerichtete Küche, eine große und möblierte Terrasse inclusive Grill. 👍 Raphael hat stets schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen reagiert, kam selbst zweimal vorbei und hat uns sogar die private Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. 🏓 Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und so sind wir ausschließlich mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Raphael nur empfehlen! 👍💪👌 Super!

Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! Très Jolie maison près de Nice. Dommage que le soleil n était pas avec nous pendant ces 2 jours pour pouvoir profiter de leur très beau jardin.

What a beautiful spot. We planned out entire visit to Nice to stay at Lars's spot and it was completely worth it. Amazing views, cute decorations, convenient location, and a lovely host. The location is not walkable, but completely worth it as the Ubers are not expensive to get into the old city or towards the water. Will be coming back for sure!

Posto magnifico, immerso nella natura. Giorgia è stata super disponibile, sia prima dell'arrivo a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie, sia durante il soggiorno. La casa è grandissima, c'è veramente tutto per un soggiorno confortevole. È presente anche l'occorrente per fare il barbeque. La salita alla casa (gli ultimi 200m) sono un po' impegnativi per chi non è abituato alle strade di montagna/collina, ma non sono un ostacolo per un buon soggiorno. Consigliato per gruppi numerosi.

Cozy apartment in Cap d’Ail, super close to Monaco and strategic to visit the surroundings. With an amazing view, the apartment has new and modern appliances. Not to be missed!

The house has a magnificent view and is very peaceful and private! Even if the weather was not on our side, we managed to have a really good time!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Vincent et nous sommes ravis. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, et extrêmement lumineux avec toutes les baies vitrées qui rendent encore mieux qu’en photo. Super point de vue sur la vallée, très bien situé (30 min de Nice, 45 min de Menton, 1h15 de Saint Martin Vésubie). Environnement très calme, la route d’accès met directement dans l’ambiance (2,5km de montée en lacets). Bref un sans faute et une super semaine pour nous. Et Vincent est très arrangeant et super gentil. On a même testé la piscine qui venait juste d’être mise en eau (14 degrés mais motivé ça se fait 😆)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Appartement propre, meublé simplement mais bien équipé.
