I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—central and close to everything I wanted to see yet quiet enough at night. You can see the bell tower of the Church from the windows. The concierge was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I could check in early, and that I could find everything during my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Mai's place. Her home is beautiful, super clean and very stylish too. Mai and Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially as we were traveling with our baby, they provided a travel cot and a high chair. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the promenade and old town. I would absolutely recommended Mai's place and would stay here again if i were to visit Nice.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment and had a wonderful time. It was during the warmest season so it was great coming in to the apartment with great a/c. Loved the little balcony and the location in the heart of old town was great. Took the bus to and from the airport and with google maps it was fast and easy to find. Lovely hotel as neighbor but they charge 8€ for a coffe so go down to the cosy places in old town instead.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Excellent sejour avec un hote vraiment agréable et d’une énergie positive. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Le lieu est magnifique. Merci Florian et bonne continuation.

Alain is an amazing man with very high personal culture. You can count on him in every situation. I was welcomed very nicely and pleasantly surprised by what I found in the fridge. Thank you Alain. We had a great stay at Josef’s place, he was a lovely host and very responsive! The location is good, easy to walk to restaurants and pretty close to the train station also! The one drawback to the apartment was that a neighbor’s cigarette smoke can be smelled in the apartment at times- if you are sensitive to the smell this might not be the best fit. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped!

Hébergement idéalement placé pour visiter Monaco et Nice. Le logement était absolument impeccable, confortable, fonctionnel et adapté aux familles notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. This apartment is lovely with many nice extra touches. Water in frig, coffee pods for Nespresso, even a flat iron for long hair along with blow dryers in both bathrooms. Nigora was extremely responsive even when I misread combo instructions and couldn’t get in(my error completely!). Would definitely stay here again!!
