Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da un gentilissimo cartello personalizzato di benvenuto. Frau Monika è da subito stata gentile, accogliente e chiara. Parlo un po' tedesco, non benissimo, ma ci siamo sempre capiti bene e si è sforzata di capirmi. Frau Monika è una signora disposta al dialogo, a dare consigli e disposta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, il tutto garantendo anche una piacevole discrezione, un mix di qualità piuttosto rare. Abbiamo usufruito senza problemi della lavatrice, dello stenditoio e del freezer, che è stata ben lieta di condividere con noi. Gestione perfetta della spazzatura, chiara la suddivisione carta/plastica/organico/misto; noi dovevamo riempire degli appositi bidoncini e Frau Monika si occupava di tutto il resto. Zona tranquillissima a portata di famiglia, casa piacevole e confortevole, ancora più spaziosa di quanto appare in foto. Wifi gratuito e con ottima ricezione, supermercato vicino e tanto tanto verde! Base perfetta per visitare la Baviera.

Wir haben uns super wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so brauchen kann und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Spätestens als wir am ersten Morgen von Kuhglocken geweckt wurden, haben wir uns richtig im (Kurz-)Urlaub angekommen gefühlt!

Monika ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Sie war sehr freundlich entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Man kann Monika nur empfehlen!

Lovely apartment, clean, tidy and plenty of space for a family of four. There is a bar downstairs which shows sport (you can’t hear a thing from the apartment) and the host was very friendly and helpful

Es ist eine schöne Umgebung, und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder mal!

Host was good, speaks English, and House is really good, from the house location it is easy reach all places in ULM, 1min walk to tram station and bus stop.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, alles recht unkompliziert. War anfangs etwas verwirrt, da ich vom Inserat dachte, Ulm ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Habe falsch gelesen. War aber am Ende gar nicht tragisch, da Ulm usw. gut mit Bus zu erreichen ist. Ich hatte es sehr genossen, in der Früh auf dem Balkon meinen Kaffee zu trinken.

Das Alb-Chalet ist eine sehr charmante und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Etwas Besonderes für die Seele. Wir hatten das Glück klarer Nächte und die passende Mondphase um die Milchstraße zu sehen (und zu fotografieren). Den Sternenhimmel kann man auch vom Bett aus genießen. Unser Hund kam auch voll auf seine Kosten, es war ein Paradies für ihn. In der Küche fehlt es an Nichts, für uns wichtig, da wir uns im Urlaub gerne etwas Feines kochen.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt für ein Allgäu Wochenende mit unseren 3 Hunden. Highlight ist natürlich der Wellnessbereich 🤩 Aber auch die Umgebung bietet super schöne gassi Runden für die 4-beiner . Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder 🤗

Sehr schönes gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage. Wald und Talstation der Bergbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Alpenblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles top sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Evelyn ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit Kindern zum Skifahren in Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal.

Wir haben eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung von Stefanie verbringen dürfen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr viel Platz, gemütliche und umfangreiche Einrichtung und tolle Ausblicke von den Balkonen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gemütlich, die Wohnung wunderbar sauber und gepflegt. Der Bahnhof Olching liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man kommt bequem nach München. Carola war eine sehr nette und kommunikative Gastgeberin. Jederzeit wieder, wenn ich in München bin! :)

George est super accueillant et accommodant 🤗 il laisse la liberté de se joindre à lui autours d’un bon repas cuisiné par ses soins ou bien de garder son espace personnel. Prix plus qu’acceptable pour l’endroit à Munich, facile d’accès en bus et en métro. Je recommande chaleureusement!

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!
