Tout a été parfait, appartement plein de poésie et de sens de l'accueil. Esthétique, bon placement vis à vis du métro, des bus et des taxis, confort, astuce, facilité de vie... Que demandez d'autre ?

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Giovani communique par la plateforme avec facilité et courtoisie, les explications sont claires, le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il anticipe les questions que l'on peut se poser et est très discret malgré la proximité de son logement, celle-ci est rassurante au cas où un problème se présenterait.

Giannicola was very friendly and helpful from the day i booked till checking out! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this neighbourhood, felt right at home and the area is quite convenient for seeing the historical sights and having some local flavour as a tourist. Thank you so much!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Estoy segura que volveré. La anfitriona nos ayudo con indicaciones para llegar a los sitios turísticos. Fue muy amable y atenta.

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and I think Massimiliano and his father are the best hosts we have ever met. They made us feel like family as soon as we met them. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a secure place to park our car. The bus stop and train station were easy to reach and it was about a 30 minute ride to get into Rome. The home was just as described and had all the room we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope we can come back some day.

My wife and her mother stayed with my toddler for 3 weeks. Cinzia had baked a cake when they arrived and Cecio frequently brought them eggs and fresh vegetables from the garden. The apartment is clean and the garden is very well maintained. As hosts Cinzia and Cecio were super helpful, even organising a rental car which is necessary for trips to the town and beach. They had a lovely stay and would recommend this place.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

위치가 역에서 매우 가까웠기 때문에 이동에 편리했습니다. Lift가 있어서 무거운 짐을 가지고 오르 내리는데 편리했습니다. 생활을 하는데 필요한 모든 가구와 주방 가구, 수건, 비누, 세탁기, 세탁세재 등을 빠짐없이 갖추고 있었습니다. 캡슐커피도 3인이 3박을 하기에 충분한 양이 준비되어 있었으며, 빵과 과자 등도 준비되어 있어서 아침을 준비하는데 편리했습니다. 캡슐커피이외에 drip 커피도 즐길 수 있도록 준비되어 있었으며 granule 커피도 여러종류가 준비되어 있었습니다. 넓직한 테라스가 있어서 날씨가 좋을 때는 밖에서 경치를 감상하면서 쉴 수도 있습니다(우리는 다소 추운 날씨였기에 나가지는 않았습니다).

Carmen hat durch ihre sehr freundliche und proaktive Art, meinen Aufenthalt zu einer schönen Erinnerung gemacht! Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auf jegliche Fragen wurde in einer angenehmen Zeit geantwortet, und alles dafür getan, mir den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten. Carmen gibt auch eine Liste mit Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe dazu, was es einem dann auch leicht macht, eine schöne Zeit zu haben und Rom kennenzulernen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Termini entfernt, auf dem Weg zu diesem gibt es auch einige Möglichkeiten etwas zu frühstücken, genauso wie gute Restaurants und Eisdielen. Alles in Allem lässt sich sagen, dass die Wohnung und Carmen jedem und jeder Person weiterzuempfehlen sind!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped and there was free parking. What's more, the landlord is a very patient and friendly person. Overall it was a great experience and I would choose it again if I came back to Rome.

Wohnung war super für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt. Super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alle Geschäfte für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt sind sehr nahe gelegen.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.
