The flat is as advertised: cozy, clean, well furnished, 1st floor on a quiet street, steps from the Coliseum, restaurants, shops. The host, Marco, was very helpful and responsive with providing information and answering questions from the date of booking through the end of the stay. Certainly helped make our family 1st visit to Rome and awesome one.

Eduardo’s apartment is in the perfect place to explore Rome! Despite being in pedestrian area, the double-paned windows and thick walls made it peaceful and quiet inside. It was truly an oasis. The rooms were spotless and the the beds were comfortable! Very easy to walk to nearly every ancient site in Rome. And when you need a taxi, you can have one pick you up in a piazza just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Great value for the money, and all of the appliances worked seamlessly. When I return to Rome, I will definitely look to stay here again. Truly a spectacular space in the old city.

We loved our stay here! We spent two weeks in this apartment with our toddler. The apartment was sparkling clean. We really appreciated the fact that we were able to check in at 9 AM, when our early-morning flight arrived, and Massimiliano also offered us the use of the apartment for the full day on our last day. The location is good - lots of tourist amenities to the south, by the Vatican, but just walk north to see a more authentic neighborhood (restaurants with no English menus, for example). The kitchen was functional, and we cooked a few meals here. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Le logement était parfait tant par sa localisation que par ses pièces spacieuses. Nous sommes venus en famille. C’était parfait. Massimo a été vraiment super accueillant et très pro. Nous garderons un superbe souvenir de notre séjour à Rome!

Abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze natalizie, la zona è ottima, comoda per visitare a piedi l'intero centro storico di Roma, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenzioso. L'alloggio è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è confortevole per ospitare una famiglia di 5 persone. Giuliana è stata d'aiuto per qualsiasi occorrenza, spesso proattiva nei suoi consigli.

Arriving during a blackout, enthusiastic excitable, football fans in bars and on the street, Andrea showed us a very efficient way through Rome to see the sites. Great food recommendations. Colosseum Palatine Hill guided tour. Walking through the middle of a nationwide union protest strike. Andrea arranged for a car to pick us up through the protest to get us to the airport on time! This was all done with our children and in less than 24 hours! Andrea was so kind and helpful! Amazing host!

Location is good. Close to Vatican. It’s great that we can check in earlier but bags cannot be stored at the place after check out. Overall is great!

Mario à été un excellent hote, attentif et attentionné. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

Our stay at Diandras place was amazing. Locations was top notch, and had all the amenities we needed. Plugs the jaccuzi was otherworldly for us as we were traveling with a baby. On two occasions when we needed her assistance she promptly responded and was quick to offer resolution, which is exactly what you need from a host. We recommended this place to everyone's who wants to stay at a central location, but maintain a peacefully, quiet surroundings. 10/10!

Tomasso's property is conveniently located. A few minutes walk to the subway, with a train that takes you to a majority of the tourist attractions. The host was also very hospitable and forthcoming with recommendations.

Place was more than I expected! Had more than everything I needed. Easy access to the bus that brings you directly to the metro. Would highly recommend, place looks brand new, very nice.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung in Rom war einfach großartig! Die Gastgeberin Livia war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch ihr Sohn war sehr sympathisch. Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal für unsere Ausflüge in Rom und die Größe sowie Ausstattung waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe von sechs Personen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

El lugar fue acogedor y sobre todo estaba todo limpio cuando llegamos. El sitio está muy bien ubicado ya que a poco minutos puedes ir caminando a cualquier lugar. Nos ayudó también con el traslado del aeropuerto. Quedamos muy contentos por la amplitud del alojamiento, ya que estábamos como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa

Super well located, 10-15 minutes walking distance from a metro station, the train station & some major Rome attractions. You will also find many restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Maybe not the best appartment for older people or for young kids due to the stairs and outside noise but I would recommend 100%.

A great host. Super helpful with recommendations, very clear instructions on how to access the property. Absolutely no trouble at all.

Cinzia is the perfect host! She made sure everything was perfect for our stay and checked in daily. The fridge was stocked with some goodies and even milk for our little one when we arrived. If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, choose this place! She has all you could need available. The home is lovely and in a safe location. She also helped us to book a van back to the train station. Highly recommend and would definitely return if ever in Rome again.

We had great time in Lorella's house. Lorella and her husband greet us very friendly, gave all instructions, we're very attentive and extremely helpful! House was very clean, comfortable, even better than in the photos. Lorella think about every details for her guests will feel comfortable, coffee, tea and sweets were waiting for us in the kitchen, we were enjoying of our morning coffe in the wonderful balcony! Less than 5 min walk to the metro, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, easy to reach airport via shuttle bus - so all you need for great time in Rome! I will highly recommend Lorella's wonderful house, she and her husband just perfect hosts!

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr ruhig im Haus, was sehr angenehm ist. Alles tip top, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt - ca.3 min zur Bushaltestelle, 10 min zur Bahnhaltestelle und 7 min zur Metro 'Re di Roma'. Mehrere Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkt um das Haus. Ruhige Lage, ohne Verkehrslärm und in einem guten Stadtgebiet. Alle Informationen konnten gut und schnell ausgetauscht werden. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder ... mit Benedettam, und vor allem - ROM ist mindestens 2 Reisen wert. So geht AirBnB / DANKE
