Great location. Convenience stores just across the street. And just several minutes walk to Ebisu Station & Atré Shopping Mall. The apartment is very clean and not cluttered with knick-knacks. (Maybe a bit austere.) It has basic amenities but doesn't have a TV set. Guests to this apartment will get a good taste of urban life in the middle of Tokyo.

Sophies place is an absolute gem in the heart of Otsuka which is directly on the Yamanote line! Super convenient to travel around and a great Tokyo starting point for us since it only takes less than 5 minutes by metro to Ikebukuro and also pretty close to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya as well! Thanks to Sophie we had a great stay, she was always very responsive and proactive and made us feel right at home :) The only small issue we faced was that sometimes the Wifi connection wasn’t very stable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day! Thank you Sophie :)

Amazing little apartment right in the centre of the lively Shinjuku neighbourhood. All amenities you need are within walking distance. I highly recommend for a short stay in Tokyo.

체크인 전 후 로 여러가지를 문의했는데 항상 친절하게 대답해주셔서 감사했습니다. 숙소도 5인 가족이 머무르기에 흠 없이 완벽했습니다! 좌우로 신오쿠보와 히가시신주쿠역이 있어서, 어디를 가든 편하게 다닐 수 있습니다.

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！

The place is very near to the train station, with convenience store and fresh market around the corner make it the most convenient for person or traveller like me who likes to cook during my stay to save budget on food. The house is clean and have all of the basic things needed. The most important thing is the host has been very helpful & responsive..

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

We loved our stay here, イ was great at communicating all check in instructions with us and helped us locate the place easily. It's a lovely house short walk from a train station and has lots of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for providing a special place for our family. We have enjoyed the place so much. Wanyi is very friendly, responsive. Things inside are everything needed, even with children-oriented, and with extra welcoming snacks, good description and suggestion of where to go. Just one thing is that the rooms are on second floor and third floor, which already listed on the description, just slightly handy to carry the luggage upstairs, but first floor is spacious to keep the luggage as well. We highly recommend this for travelling with whole family. We will also visit again if we come to Tokyo.

Our group of four adults stayed here for a week and it was a home away from home. The apartment is split over level 3 and 4 of the building with a private lift to level 3 and a joining staircase between level 3 and 4. The apartment is in a quiet part of Ikebukuro, with 3 or 4 convenience stores and serval good restaurants on the street. There is excellent shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartment is close to Ikebukuro station which services many routes, and while there are some girl bars in the areas around the station, it does not feel dirty or sleazy. We always felt safe - there is a police station at the end of the street too. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed and comfortable with a full sized fridge, washer/dryer, stove top, bath tub and shower. The apartment is the perfect size for groups of four or families with 3 - 4 children. Our host was one of the most responsive and helpful in years or travelling. Five stars!

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

We stayed here with three kids. Everyone had their space. Area is nice and quiet and 10min walk to two different railway stations: different lines so more options to go places. The Old Ginza plaza 2min from the house was amazing, so many places to eat. Nice walking routes all around this area, we felt we didn’t need to train anywhere some days.

My stay at the Airbnb was wonderful. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the area. There were plenty of shops nearby, so I had everything I needed within reach. The house itself was lovely, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. Lina is very caring and friendly, easy to communicate in English or Mandarin. Fast to respond to any of my queries. So very kind of Lina even to give us 2 umbrellas as it was raining upon check out. Jenny is also very accommodating to our request when we had some small issues which was immediately rectified. My family of eight including myself were more than happy and thoroughly satisfied with our stay there. Highly recommended👍

The location is super convenient, especially if you're arriving at Haneda Airport. It's also close to two stations, and there are plenty of shops around, which is great for those last-minute shopping needs. The apartment was in perfect condition, spotless and super convenient, and everyone in my group was delighted with it. (Just like the description and photos!) Dan was an amazing host, providing detailed guides, excellent communication, and quick and friendly responses to any questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much

房東很熱情，不只介紹房源周圍的環境，還幫助我們拖拉搬運行李入內，還準備多種迎賓飲料，房間內備品都相當充足（非常棒，不用自己額外再花錢購買）！房源離新大久保車站很近，5分鐘可步行抵達，有電梯，有嬰兒床！雖然離車站很近，卻有遠離吵鬧區，晚上很寧靜（我們應該是最吵的ㄧ戶，因為帶著嬰兒和幼兒入住）雖然公寓外觀老舊，但是室內很乾淨！吹風機很棒！不過就是冬天來，真的會很冷，室內暖氣要開比較大一點。推薦大家來住！真的是一次很棒的住宿經驗！！

很高興在眾多房源中選到了這裡，房間的分配完全符合我們的需求，特別是一樓的房間，適合給有帶小嬰兒的旅客。客廳跟餐廳的氛圍也很好。這間房源四周沒有緊鄰（只隔著牆壁的）鄰居，所以相對來說較不怕打擾到別人（以及被打擾。當然樓下還是有鄰居的）。總之，是一次非常愉快的居住體驗！

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This is quite nice and clean place. Walking a few minutes to bus and train stations, and 7-11 is just about close to the building, which is very convenient. And skytree shopping mall with some good restaurants is there.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Shinjuku, yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The space was impeccably clean, with multiple bathrooms and toilets, making it convenient for our group. The beds were very comfortable, and the host’s thoughtful touch of stocking the fridge with complimentary beverages was much appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay in Tokyo!
