I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

Le logement est très bien, propre et on a tout à disposition. Quant à l'emplacement, il est très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. Notre hôte a été très réactive à mes messages, toujours disponible. Elle nous a laissé un petit cadeau très sympathique. Si je reviens séjourner sur tokyo et que l'appartement est disponible, je le réserverai à nouveau.

We had an amazing time in Tokyo at Ted’s place. The apartment was fairly easy to get to and a nice place to come back to after exploring the busy neighborhoods of Tokyo. Having a washing machine was a great help too. Ted was very communicative. Make sure to pass by Kepo Bagels for a delicious breakfast snack (get it toasted with one of their cream cheese spreads). Ramen Koike was awesome too.

Katsuo was a very kind and accommodating host. I would definitely stay at his place again, there were so many amazing restaurants near his place and it was not too far from the big attractions and sights.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment and would stay there again. It was a block from the Shimo Shimmei train station making it super easy to go out and come home after a long day. Apartment was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Washer / dryer and kitchen was great for our family. Host was very nice and very responsive.

A great place to stay on your trip to Tokyo! It is located a quiet residential neighborhood minutes away from Shibuya. The hosts were absolutely amazing in communicating all the necessary information regarding the property as well as also providing a list of things to do nearby. The property is on a fifth floor. While there is no elevator in the building, we didn't mind it. There are several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the property as well as a convenience store located across the road. The metro station is within a short walk as well. It is a perfect place for anyone looking for a cozy stay without being too far from the main tourist areas.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Mary’s place. It was in a great location and there is so much to do around Shinjuku. The home was clean and had a great view of the city. I would highly recommend Mary’s place to anyone looking to explore Tokyo.

Perfect place near bustling business of Ueno, all it took was one station away from a crowded area to a very quiet and quaint "suburbs" feel. Just a walk a way from various eating establishments that is english friendly. Two train stations to choose from if you want to get around Tokyo. Apartment itself was phenominal for its price, amenities are second to none, everything was as listed. Aside from hearing your felloe neighbour's footsteps from above which is still forgivable, the listing is very cozy and spacious. Host was unbelivably responsive. friendly and accomodating, would definately pick this place if I were to visit Tokyo again. 100/10 😃

4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓은 공간이었으며, 주방과 욕실 등에 필요한 물건들이 잘 정리되어 있어서 아무런 불편없이 생활할 수 있었습니다. 밤에는 따뜻하고 포근한 잠자리와 조용한 주변환경 덕분에 잘 잘 수 있었구요. 호스트님이 매우 친절하고 세심하게 대응해주신 것도 너무 감사했습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 뵙고 싶습니다. 건강하십시오~~

とても素敵な宿泊施設でした！ 最寄駅から近く、東京都内の主要なエリアにアクセスするにも30-40分以内で行くことができるので非常に便利な場所でした。 またコンビニやスーパーがとても近くにあるのも助かりました。 家は大変綺麗で清潔に保たれていますし、必要なものはすべて揃っています。 ベビーベッドがレンタルでき、子供向けのおもちゃや本なども用意されているため、子連れでも快適に過ごすことができました。 リビングとダイニングは広く、ベッドルームも４つあるので、大人数での宿泊にもおすすめです！ ホストとのやりとりもスムーズで安心できました。 またぜひ宿泊させていただきたいです！

Great place for large groups! In a more quiet area and 10 min walk from the train stations in the area and restaurants. Great value for the cost

Sakura's place is absolutely awesome, 4 couple of us are very satisfying. Just something you need to take note is the staircase is a little bit narrow, if you are taking a 28inch luggage which is quite difficult to go up the staircase.

This was a lovely home and very well looked after. Had everything someone staying in Japan could want and was within walking distance to multiple train stations, restaurants and 7/11s. Yoshimi was also just a message away and was always quick to respond. All of this made for a very lovely stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and of all the places i’ve stayed in Japan this is my favorite. Very spacious and can easily accommodate large groups. House is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Shinichiro was a fantastic host. The comprehensive welcome guide helped us navigate the house facilities and all of the surrounding areas. It was a great space for 7 of us and a great location with lots of quiet side streets nearby with great eating and drinking, while also being close to public transport.

Hiroaki’s place is perfect for big group, it has 3 separate rooms and a living room that can be turned to 4th bedroom. The only con is that it only has 1 shower which takes time when everyone is getting ready. The washer/dryer is a plus for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their quick communication and helpful recommendations made the experience even better. The location was great, with easy access to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

Great place, super convenient to get around Tokyo with only a 10 minute walk to the station. The accomodation itself was clean and spacious. Would definitely come back again.

This place is in a perfect Location. It's in a quiet neighborhood with Lawson and 7/11 right around the corner. Even though you're in a quit area you are just walking distance to everything you need. Mega Don Quijote - 5min walk, Parco Mall which my kids loved to visit because of the Pokémon and Nintendo Center - 7min walk and Shibuya Station is just a 10mins walk away. The house itself is amazing. Its very clean and modern with many great features. We had a family of 5 and fit with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room with the huge tv with Netflix was great to just relax and watch a movie. Two of the best features of the house that we used was the heated floors in the living room and the drying area in the shower worked amazing to dry off our things after walking in the rain. The only concerns I have are the indoor stairs are very steep for kids/elderly. We were very happy with our stay and Ayaka was a great host.

The host can be a little overbearing, but he was very helpful. Very peaceful neighborhood and convenient location.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
