The most beautiful home to make some memories in! Location is perfect and so good for swims and walks along the waterfront. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect location . Very beautiful house

Loved our stay at this unusual house - felt like a tree house as we made our way down the steps thru the beautiful garden to the boardwalk to front door! Be careful carrying luggage down if you have any mobility problems though. Lovely terrace overlooking the river and walking distance to beautiful Brighton Beach. Things we particularly appreciated were the very good shower, comfortable bed and the excellent pillows! If you want something a bit different this is it - we loved it.

Amanda is an exceptional host! Her communication and hospitality are fantastic. This is our second time staying at Amanda’s house and it is a perfect house to stay for a family ski holiday! I would highly recommend. We will be back again.

A little paradise house hidden in heaven is surrounded by lavender, birds and flowers, the house has a path to the river, especially interesting! We all love being here for three days and don't want to leave! Highly recommended, five-star review

This is a luxury property beautifully presented with a fantastically stocked kitchen. The outlook to the tree covered hills is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing around the outdoor fire. We all thought that the spacious living spaces, stunning decor and quiet location was great value.

Amazing gem of a place — wish we could have stayed here longer! It was so beautiful, clean, and met our needs perfectly. It’s centrally located in Wanaka, which is a lovely town with lots to do and great food. We LOVED our stay here!

Walking into John’s house was like home away from home, enough space for the whole family we absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again. Waking up to such beautiful surroundings every morning with the lake right at your backyard. So peaceful and so much to do.

Luxestay makes vacationing in Queenstown an absolutely breeze. Unbeatable views from our accommodation and immaculate bathrooms. We enjoyed the subsidised car rental and Hilton hotel perks. The in-room guide was also very helpful for local recommendations. Would not hesitate to book again with them.

Great spot! New build and clean! Really enjoyed our stay! It was a little toasty upstairs during the day but cooled down at night. Only has A/C in master upstairs just to keep in mind!

Loved this house with the fabulous view. Very comfortable for 6 of us staying there, has everything you would need for a stay. The BBQ area was lovely with magnificent views and a gas fire. It is close to town, but not really walking distance, although a short car ride or cheap uber ride. Would definitely stay there again

Probably the best AIRBNB I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Design of the place was very thoughtful and homely. Lovely touches like lemon tree & lavender in the back! Host was very responsive and helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer. Very close drive to main town. Thank you!

We rented Sam and Jade’s apartment for a week, and the experience was truly memorable. The view from the apartment was stunning, with breathtaking mountain and serene lake. We were fortunate enough to witness snowfall during our stay, which made the trip even more special. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for taking in the incredible scenery. The apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable. Sam and Jade were kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, situated midway between the airport and the city, making it convenient for dinner and exploring Queenstown. The kitchen was stocked with a generous selection of tea, coffee, breakfast cereal snacks, chocolates, and crisps, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The home is just like the pictures. Well equipped kitchen and comfy patio furniture (though that late afternoon sun is strong! lol) It’s about 1 mi walk down the slight hill to town. There’s a small brewery/cafe called Be Social just down the road that I highly recommend.

Lovely private rural location 5 minutes from Wanaka central. This is a beautiful area, well worth exploring, both summer and winter. Whare iti (the Tiny House) was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts go out of their way to ensure everything is good for their guests. They are very hospitable and welcoming and have lots of good tips on places of interest and things to do. This property is exactly what we expected. It is a beautiful tiny home with unparalleled tranquility. We felt isolated, even though we were only 5 minutes from the chaos of Glenorchy. It is the ultimate ‘hut’ experience!

This place was just lovely. A great place to disconnect, paint, read, write and play card games. So peaceful and quiet. The sounds of the stream and bird life all that can be heard. Perfect place for star gazing late at night. We loved the deer coming to visit outside every day. A nice easy 12 min drive into the centre of Dunedin. We stayed in summer and it was very warm. The beds upstairs were cozy but comfortable. There is no cellphones reception but even the kids found this quite nice and left them with time to chill out and unwind. we will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in Dunedin. It was like a real life Snow Whites cottage.
