Great place for families. Super clean and easy to navigate. Loved the two bathrooms and the washing machine in the garage. Cosy living room. Spa in the backyard was beautiful. Not exactly a short walk into town however, we did not try it due to rain and kids. Wanaka is great for biking and coffee!

Emily’s place is amazing! It is as beautiful as the photos show. When we arrived there was a lovely note and treats left for us. Such a nice touch - thank you Emily! Everything is the best quality. From the bedding to the towels to the awesome kitchen and contents, it’s all top notch. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. Don’t hesitate to stay at Rockland’s Retreat. It is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!

Perfect spot to spread out and unwind in the middle of our holidays. The property is within walking distance to all the waterfront restaurants and activities. It was pristine and well-decorated, had a few games, comfortable seating and the bedrooms and baths were spacious. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place for big family to stay in. They have a garden for the kids to run around. There’s no fan provided but with the cold breeze at night, it’s not an issue. Plus they have centralise aircon for the house. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic home to stay - modern and perfect for our family . Loved being able to sit outside and walk / run to the lake . We used the community pool and gym which was a real added bonus . The range of items left was next level and really made our stay extra special and super easy . We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful home - thank you Suzanna and Michael.

This is a tidy and peaceful spot to relax and explore the Catlins. It’s close to Owaka and only a short drive to many of the sights. Our young children especially felt at home with the toys. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck and stargazing on a clear night. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Stunning views! We got lucky with the weather and greatly enjoyed having the patio doors open all the way to soak up the sun and views. House has everything you need and is very spacious. Definitely need a car or will have to Uber/bus to town if not, or if you’re planning on drinking. Extremely hilly area and the warmer weather put us off walking. Would certainly stay again!

We loved Louise’s place and had a wonderful time there in her beautiful garden as well. Lovely meeting her and her friendly dogs also! The cottage is charming with all the amenities you’d need - we were welcomed with freshly picked raspberries that were delightful. Located next to all the best coffee shops and restaurants in Clyde, we would love to come back and stay for longer next time.

The home was absolutely lovely. All the comforts and facilities anyone could want, and more. In this tiny township there is a corner shop, a petrol station and a cafe/pub. The Sunday market was nice too. Staying at Dan’s was very convenient for taking our trip on the Kingston Flyer too.

Our stay at Barbara's place was excellent. The property is clean, well equipped and pretty spacious. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and having the use of 2 bathrooms was great. Barbara and Allan were very friendly and gave us lots of good information regarding the surrounding area. The property is only a short walk from the Historic Precinct which was very interesting, and about 1 hours drive from Queenstown. It is only a short drive from the Highlands Motorsport Park which is well worth a visit and was one of the places recommended by Barbara and Allan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only 2 nights and would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
