Super helpful and responsive host! We got chilly but aren't able to read Japanese instructions on the heater, so they walked us through how to use the room's heating unit. Location was easily walkable (~10 min or so) to Sapporo station, which made it a great location to crash after fun at the Snow Festival.

My family of 5 with kids enjoyed every moment of our stay in Sapporo. This was complemented by Riku’s comfortable place. Place is so accessible, clean, and very homey. Highly recommended and will be back again soon.

Ok , at first looking at Google Maps it didnt appear that there was that much in the area. However , the room was really well located - always takes a bit to work things out in a new place. Go out front door , turn right , take next right then next left and straight across the intersection was a 24 hour supermarket with great selection and next door a KFC. There was a nice snow covered playground for our daughter within walking distance and a host of nice restaurants and cafes for good selection. The subway also was a short distance away and easy to access attractions in the city proper. Will be planning a return trip hopefully early next year for a month to really enjoy Soporro. Our host was as helpful as could be and fast to respond to any enquiry regardless of the time. The heating in the rooms was very good considering we had -8C overnight but never once did we feel cold. Very recommended.

아주 좋습니다. 교통패스권을 이용하는 분들이라면 숙소와 전철역이 가깝기 때문에 이동이 편리할 것입니다. 호스트가 친절해서 질문에 대한 응답을 즉각 처리해줍니다. 겨울엔 온풍기로 난방하는 방식은 다소 추울 수도 있으나 이불에 핫팩 하나정도 넣으면 따뜻하게 잘 수 있습니다. 집앞 30초 거리에 유료 주차장이 있어서 렌트카 이용해도 좋습니다.

Akie was a very helpful host and answered all of our questions promptly. The location was not too far from the main station and had a near restaurant right next door.

The place consider strategic just beside the Tanuki Koji shopping street, plenty of shops restautant and Izakaya to enjoy! We have enjoyed our stay and also made our staycation cozy. One more which need to be mentioned would be the host willing to help, and we are grateful for the response.

일단 진짜 깨끗하고 주방 정리정돈 잘되있습니다. 식기류도 어디에 있는지 사진으로 찍어 붙여져있고 아기가 있어서 침대를 붙이느라 한개를 이동시켰는데 그 바닥조차 깨끗해서 감동이였습니다. 일본집 춥다 들었는데 여긴 온풍기의 성능이 아주좋아서 더워서 중간중간 껐습니다. 뜨신물잘나오고 따뜻하니 추운줄 모르고 2박 잘 지냈습니다^^ 다만 와이파이가 잘안되어서 일행들의 핫스팟을 켜서 서로 공유하며 아이들 핸드폰 시켰습니다. 와이파이 말고는 모든 시설 깔끔하고 동네조용하고 엎어지면 코닿는 거리에 편의점 있고 진짜 좋았습니다 참고로 세가족이 이용했습니다

五年前我是minoru先生这个旅馆的第一个客人，五年的再会让我很感动且感慨.五年的时间很长，时光让我们变了许多 ，但庆幸的是小樽依然是那个如同时间静止般的浪漫城市，旅馆依然是记忆中那个干净且安静的旅馆.看见书架上一堆漫画书和手办，走之前忘了问minoru先生是否也是对这些感兴趣，其实我第一次来北海道也是因为一部动画而来的，但如今再来已不是这个理由.期待下次的见面，下次再来小樽的话我还是会选择这个旅馆.

one of the best airbnb we have stayed! super clean. nice warm apartment in Feb winter. shower has good water pressure and hot water. great beds. with washing machine and dryer. 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 3 showers! very responsive host. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to sapporo.

Really loved the place. The ambiance was perfect, the rooms were clean. It was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was a plus. Next time we go to Sapporo, we definitely would like to go back and stay here. Our host was very responsive too, clear instructions. Thank you for providing a clean and cozy environment for us ❤️

Our stay with Satoko in Yoichi was incredible. From the smooth pickup at the station to the warm welcome, we felt instantly at home. The house sits on a hill with breathtaking 180° ocean views, surrounded by snowy mountains. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks was pure magic. The bathtub lets you soak while admiring the scenery, and the heated Japanese toilet is a game-changer! The cozy tatami room, comfy beds, and warm table made for the perfect retreat. There’s also a reading nook and an outdoor spot to enjoy a drink while gazing at the ocean. Satoko and her family’s hospitality was unmatched, and their local tips were gold. My favorite part? The breakfast setup—we could cook our own food with the best ingredients. This place is pure magic, and we’ll definitely be back!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles sauber, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Ausblick auf die Berge. Vor der Anreise erhielt ich bereits Empfehlungen für die Gegend, sowie eine detaillierte Anleitung für den Check in. Convenience stores, Restaurants und Bars sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

Although we didn't get to stay long, it was the perfect place for us to enjoy a day/night in Otaru!

The place was clean and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to my inquiries as we were checking in. The view was amazing overlooking Mt. Tengu on one side and the ocean on the other. It is walking distance to Sakaimachi street and Seicomart is nearby for any urgent needs. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the place.

Everything ok but need to be careful about parking. The parking lot is hard to find (no sigh ) and we tried to park another Carpark lot number for same building but a people comes out and shouting and seem wanna kill us.
