A great find in a great location. If you’re after direct access to the beach and a short drive ( or walk for the energetic ) to a number of great pubs and restaurants then this is the place. The coffee hut round the corner was perfect for refreshments and snacks and Garden is a beautiful sun trap. Loved the games and ping pong, decor is cozy and stylish. Great place to stay for a few days for myself and teen daughter. Great location and easy to nip back to drop off beach stuff (only a min away). Familiar and regular visitor to whitstable so was aware how convenient its location was. The only improvement would be bedding for the sofa bed (we improvised) and I think others may have mentioned this. Otherwise it was perfect, quiet, comfortable, well located and easy to access.

Lovely place in a fantastic location. Uncluttered and beautifully presented with everything we needed. Having parking and outdoor space in such a central Brighton location is a real bonus. Will definitely come back!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Sarah and Marks beautiful property to celebrate a friends significant birthday. The house was one of the best air bnb's we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or wished for was there. The house is beautifully decorated, supremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. It is situated in a quiet location with far reaching Sussex countryside views. We were warmly welcomed by Mark and Sarah who were around should you need anything but not intrusive. We can't thank them enough for having us to stay into their stunning home, everything was just perfect. Thank you also for the generous gifts of wine, eggs, birthday cake with candles, local jam, milk and the happy birthday banner, all of which were much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Wonderful little gem, loved staying here, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly :)

This was a unique stay - exactly as shown in the photographs, the Mill has been renovated by Clare with love and style in equal measure and is a very special place to stay. We saw it when Sandi Toksvig visited for her travel programme and I vowed to visit at some point. A beautiful spot with lots to do around it in gorgeous Kent. Highly recommend visiting Dixter House and Gardens btw.

Comfy, cosy, well equipped - perfect for our mini break. Julie is lovely & super quick to respond. Nothing bad 2 say .. we had a lovely stay TY 😁
