Todd is an incredible host and the house is gorgeous. The location couldn’t be better-perfectly situated for families going to All Star Village, near lots of great amenities, and the lake is so peaceful. The house is spacious, clean, updated, and has everything you might need. We highly recommend and would stay there again without question.

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

This was our second stay at Roberts’s home, we enjoyed it as much as our first. The home is comfortable and has everything we needed. We return to the area regularly for a local event and will stay here every time. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the week our son played at All Star Village. The drive was easy and took about 20 mins. The house was spacious for our group, clean, comfortable and offered multiple amenities. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of baseball.

This was our 2nd year staying at Helen’s and it was perfect again! The house is cozy but has a ton of space. We were 11 people this year and we all had our own beds and separate spaces. The house is clean and has many amenities, especially in the kitchen which is helpful when cooking for a crowd. Helen is super responsive and always friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait for year 3!

This place is PHENOMENAL! We loved everything about it! We were at All Star Village and it was a quick direct drive but is also just off the main road to Cooperstown so would be convenient for both parks. It is a very easy drive to Oneanta or Cooperstown to eat, and we went 10 mins down the road to Milford to ride the rails too! The hosts were very helpful, so kind, and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for two families plus a set of grandparents- we could spread out if we wanted to or all hang together. The hot tub was great on the chilly days. The house was so clean, so many amenities included, stuff for the kids to do, great yard. The lake is gorgeous and the scenery so beautiful! My kids played air hockey, whiffle ball, basketball, fished, went out in the kayaks, and loved every minute! If we ever come back we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

Had a lovely and relaxing time in this little sanctuary with the best view of the mountains. Edena provided extremely clear instructions and always replied promptly to any of my questions. The little cabin had everything I needed and the hot tub and view was even better than I had expected. Town was close enough to grab dinner and many hiking options. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a break from city life! Thank you for everything!!!

Gorgeous property! Seems like a brand new build and so nicely done. Every detail is beautiful and thoughtful. The beds are incredibly comfy. This is the kind of place where you could stay for a long time and feel right at home. It’s furnished for you to feel you have everything you need. The kitchen items were super helpful for preparing dinner!

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Katherine's place, which felt like a private sanctuary! Booked last minute for a post-holiday getaway, everything exceeded our expectations. Katherine’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality are evident in every aspect of the home. The space is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen—better than any other Airbnb we've stayed at. The spa facilities, including a private sauna with a stunning view, were the highlight. We also enjoyed a magical evening in the hot tub under the stars. Katherine’s commitment to guest comfort is exceptional, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Ashley's place was so peaceful and beautifully decorated. It has two great rooms on the bottom floor with the most amazing bathroom along with a huge kitchen and livingroom. the kitchen has a massive island and it is fully stocked. The living room has reclining chairs that was so comfortable. Then on the upper floor there is a big bedroom with multiple beds and another adorable bathroom. The upper floor has another full living room with a big TV and comfy reclining chairs. This place is perfect for couple families that are traveling together but want some separate space. We had a wonderful time visiting Cooperstown and Glimmerglass festival which is so close to Ashley's place. If that's not enough, Ashley is such a great communicator and when I left my planner behind, she offered to mail it to back to me. Such great service! I will definitely be booking her place again next summer!

We had such a peaceful, relaxing stay. The cabin is beyond pristine, and kudos to the architect! We went for Oneonta admittance weekend, which was close (~20 minutes) and also to visit Cooperstown (~30 minutes). The cabin smells so good and we were able to have nice family cooked meals there. Everything you need is provided for that. We had a slight hiccup with the hot tub, but Michael immediately fixed it. Helpful tips: 1. Make sure to print out or screenshot access code to the cabin and wifi code, as there is no cell service. Once in wifi, it's super fast! 2. If cooking, there's everything you need, just bring Tupperware, aluminum foil, etc for leftovers. 3. Hot tub is great, just make sure you receive the instructions and follow them upon arrival to ensure you can use it that day. 4. Bring toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc) Overall, everyone loved the cabin and it's picturesque lake views, it's perfect, and we cannot wait to return!
