Great Views from the Deck & Peacful Stay! This home has some of the best views we have seen from any AirBnb stays. It has a small pond and sorrounded by hills. A Creek or small rivers goes behind the house and you could kayak or boat in it. Enough backyard place for kids to play! Initially we thought the house is small for the price we booked but its totally worth it beacuse of backyard & deck views. This place or town does not has many restaurants so you come prepared to cook food or travel little further to find nice restaurants! We visited this place in Spring time so probably its mosquito season there but Carry mosquito spray is recommended you have small kids or even for adults. We all loved staying in this home!

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean. The views are stunning. Only 15 mins from Cooperstown. Loved being right on the water. My family had a great time.

Our stay at Veronica’s place was nothing short of short and sweet! The place itself was instantly welcoming, accommodating, as well as set up to serve as a home away from home for suiting anyone’s needs from cooking to relaxing! Everything was orderly, easy to find and user friendly. Communication with Veronica was very easy and she made herself available throughout the entire time that my family and I stayed at her place. We look forward to staying here again in the future !

Guillermo’s property was exactly as advertised. Sits on a beautiful lake with picturesque surroundings and home itself is very comfortable. The place was immaculate and well supplied with amenities. Guillermo was a great host who recommended a local restaurant that turned it to be exactly what we were looking for. The home is about 20 minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cooperstown is a cute community with GREAT local restaurants and shopping. We loved our lunch at Cooley’s and breakfast at Cooperstown Diner - it’s TINEY so the earlier you get there the better. Lastly, if you are a baseball fan, I can’t recommend the Hall of Fame enough! It was an amazing experience… One in which we would not hesitate to revisit.

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

I travel a lot and I have a particular passion for the Catskills and this location was top of the list of all places I have visited in this Area. We tried our best to be great guests and we cleaned up after ourselves as best we could, so that we may be allowed to visit again in the summer and hopefully many future visits… Thanks again Susanna for sharing your wonderful and amazing lake house…

We had a great stay for my friend’s birthdays. Rick and Jenn were so responsive and even got someone to plow the drive way for us during the snow. It was cozy and welcoming and we will definitely be back in the summer!

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

This is a place you would want to come back over and over again. So serene and relaxing place, Perfect for the whole family!The moment you walk in ,you will fall in love with it. This was a perfect little cottage which sits directly on the edge of a beautiful lake. Heidi worked with me around our schedule which was very helpful. The electric fireplace was more than adequate to keep us warm at night. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a little glitch with the wifi but this was not consequential. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely home on the lake. Spent a lot of time fishing and grilling on the deck. Well stocked house just bring your own firewood!

I recently stayed at a Lakeview cabin and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, with stunning views of the lake right from the porch. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a serene retreat in nature. Henry was exceptional! He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the warm welcome to the helpful recommendations for local activities, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Henry's hospitality truly made our stay special.

Relaxing, peaceful, tranquility are only a few words to describe what me and my girlfriend felt durning our stay. I was chopping wood, my girl built the most amazing fire pit, kayaking upstream And much more freedom to ease the mind. We’ll forever always remember our time in the woods.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dino’s Black Bear Cabin. The cabin is private and peaceful, such a nice getaway from the city. The furniture is comfortable, linens soft and kitchen fully stocked with spices and basic ingredients. Loved the unique basement speakeasy and jacuzzi. The cabin had everything we needed. The views of the lake and surrounding woods were breathtaking, providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The host was exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Their attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. Overall, the stay was an amazing stay. We hope to stay again and again. I would buy this place if it was for sale!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Our favorite place to go in New York. We love that the cabin has everything we need and is right on the lake. Our entire family enjoys this experience and look forward to coming back every year!!!

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Great space. Great view of the lake. We stayed on a rainy April weekend so we didn’t get a full feel of the area, but the boathouse was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed our time. Got to hear a loon on Saturday morning - a rare treat for us. Christine was a great host. All instructions were clear and communicated in a timely manner. We didn’t need much while we were there, but she got back to us quickly when we did. One thing to note is the tap water (presumably well?) has a taste to it we didn’t like, but Christine left some bottled water in the fridge to get us started (and some muffins 🥰 - thank you!) and we picked up some more to keep us going. Not really a problem, but just a heads up for future guests.

Ivan's place emulated a YouTube cozy winter jazz 12 hour video. It had everything you ever needed to feel relaxed and at peace. There were antique fire places inside the home, the house was made out of wood, it was clean and stylish. The location was great , facing the lake and mountains. It was a great place to disconnect and get away from all the noise. The town was 10 min away where you can get anything from wine to coffee to produce. Really grateful to the host for creating such a nourishing space and sharing it with the world. Thank you Ivan!

It’s a wonderful cabin by the lake. The place is very warm in the winter and is spacious for a family. The location is quite close to Windham mountain ski resort and only a short drive. I could see the surrounding will be beautiful in the spring or summer. Very private. The host is very responsive and kind.
