this was our second time being there, and we will return!!! location was perfect for us and there was plenty of room for my husband and I, and our dog Renzy.

If you are looking for the ideal location in Grand Haven… this is the place! Easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, the Boardwalk, and Grand River. The home is decorated beautifully and invites you in with beachy decor. I hope this is open next summer when we are back in town! Highly recommended!

A great place, beautiful.

Great, spacious, clean space with everything you need! The locaction is superb! We had a weekend here with five girls - walked everywhere and had a blast spending time at our wonderful lodging in the evening. The host is quick to respond for anything you may need. Many of us from our group trip are planning to return to Serendipity for future stays in Grand Haven! Loved it here!

The Getaway was a perfect place to stay for a business trip with a colleague. That fact that we had separate rooms with our own AC units was great so we could sleep comfortably. The beds were amazing, and everything worked and was clean. The location was nice and peaceful and close enough to everything so we could get to our work site and grab dinner in the evenings. The hosts were ultra fast to respond to any communication and were genuinely nice. This is a fantastic place to stay!

Clean, convenient little hideaway perfect for those who want great access to the city of Grand Haven and the beaches nearby. Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better location. We thought the communication was great and the check-in was awesome. However... there are a lot of pictures and mentions in this listing and from others about the pool, lounge area and tiki hut- and I found out as I was trying to drink a cup of coffee on the closed pool deck on the first morning of my stay that Serendipity no longer owns the pool, lounge or Tiki Hut (even though there are still Serendipity signs all over it). I wish we had known- this was a big reason we chose Serendipity as there were rainstorms during our stay and we knew we might not be able to venture to the beach. The people staying next door to me said they had been coming for years and this must be a new change, and that they brought their whole family in the hopes of using this space too. I wish they would make this clear in the listing. Overall, it was still a super nice visit and I really enjoyed the space- it's still worth it if you don't care about the pool!

The only 3 star was mostly my own fault as I didn’t read carefully enough to understand that the apartment was above a store front and required carrying our luggage up several steep stairs… a bit of a struggle. Again, entirely my neglect of reading carefully enough. The facility overall was excellent.

We stayed in C3. It was very clean and only one block from Washington Ave. Like others have said, the walls are thin so you do hear your neighbors, however, you get used to it. We would stay there again!

Fantastic place to stay. We felt right at home. Lately it seems that hosts are no longer leaving a snack basket for the guests. But Dennis left a nice basket. While I realize this is minor for some, to me it shows that the host truly cares about the guests. I run most mornings and I felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Perfect location for our last minute get away. We were able to bring our pup. Grand Haven is very dog friendly.

The house was perfectly located. In a neighborhood but walking distance to downtown Holland. April is very friendly. She stayed in touch enough so that we knew she was concerned that our stay was comfortable, offered helpful advice but was not in any way intrusive. The house was exactly as it was described. We would definitely go back.

All the furnishings and spaces were as pictured and very tastefully done with high end touches. Very walkable to downtown. It can be difficult to find places with multiple king beds so that was fabulous!

We were visiting our daughter who attends Hope College, this was a perfect location with tons of room!

I have stayed here a handful of times in the last 7 years and am always very happy with it! Great location, clean and host is always responsive when needed.

Location is great, just a couple blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, like 5 minutes drive to beach. House was clean, water pressure is good. Communication with owner was great. The only thing, I wish the floors weren’t so squeaky and rough. We have a 9 month old who is just crawling and I didn’t feel comfortable having her crawl around, luckily there was a nice rug in the living room we utilized. I understand it’s an old home, it just wasn’t something we even thought about checking prior to booking.

Exactly as pictured - cozy, nicely furnished, super clean, easy to walk to downtown or the water. We did hear some noise from the tenants below us, but it was manageable. We loved the little gas stove in the living room. Tina was very communicative and sent us recommendations for things to do and eat in the area. There is a flight of stairs up to the second floor, that are a bit uneven and narrow, so if mobility is an issue for you, keep that in mind.

Wesley’s place was perfect for our short work stay. If back in the area, would definitely use again!

We loved our stay. Tina was quick to respond when I had questions. The condo is located in a perfect location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying in Grand Haven in this adorable unit! The host was lovely and gave us some great local recommendations. It is walking distance to a lot of things in town but also a max of 5 minutes driving distance from where we wanted to go. Pullout couch and bed were comfy and overall it was extremely fun to have the small but open concept arrangement. Could hear the neighboring units slightly but nothing that really impacted our trip! Home was well stocked and fit our needs exactly.

This place is in an amazing location right in the heart of all of it all. Lots of entertainment right out the front door. It's just a couple blocks and easy walk to the river and lake. Our friend Nate is getting married and he had an amazing experience in Grand Haven! The check-in is super easy and you even get a great parking spot right on the side. I'd highly recommendfor anyone looking to stay in Grand Haven!

A fun place to stay! My daughter and I had a wonderful respite at your Airbnb. The hosts were super friendly and shared many suggestions .......especially the restaurant Noto Bil-Mar for an incredible sunset dinner. Grand Haven, and especially their Airbnb, are Michigan treasures.

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

This place is amazing. The location can not be beat and the privacy is great. If you are tall bring a helmet, I hit my head a few times but it was worth it!
