The place was great. Close to restaurants, breweries and shops. And the included parking spot was really nice. Will definitely stay there again if I come back.

Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

All the furnishings and spaces were as pictured and very tastefully done with high end touches. Very walkable to downtown. It can be difficult to find places with multiple king beds so that was fabulous!

Very cozy, would look to stay again

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend! We wanted somewhere that was walkable, close to the beach, and had a pool and this checked all of the boxes! Communication was quick and easy with the host and would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I hope to bring my kids back one day as it is a very family friendly town!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming home during our winter visit to Grand Haven! The house was clean, warm, inviting, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to town, great restaurants, and beautiful winter scenery. It was the ideal spot to relax after exploring the area and visiting our son. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Grand Haven!

It was a great place to stay and very comfortable plus cozy. It is very close to Grand Valley State University so we could visit our sons. It is a 5-star, and I will be coming back.

Great location for us and our friends as we were visiting GVSU to see our kids and a football game! The house was very comfortable and spacious for the six of us. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had wonderful stay at the Spanish oasis. The house was very clean and tidy. Decorations were super cute, especially the handmade paintings. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit family.

Alicia's place is a wonderful place where our family loves to stay! There is lots to do near this location and her house is perfect. We especially love the hot tub!

The home was walkable to downtown (even with “little legs”). It was very accessible and quiet. Very well stocked with anything we needed like soaps, trash bags, beach towels. Debs home felt clean and comfy. They even provided some condiments which I never expect. There was plenty of space. The home also felt safe for children- free or easily breakable items and clutter. We would love to stay again.

Michael’s place is a short walk away from stunning views of Lake Michigan. The space is clean and quiet and Michael was a friendly, responsive and thorough host. No detail was left out and he genuinely cared that our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you Michael!!

Very nice place. Everything was clean and the decor made sense with the style of house. Kristin was very nice and responded quickly with any questions Additionally, the area was very peaceful and quiet with just a quick 10-15 minute drive to Grand Haven. Lastly, the basemesnt is closed off for presumably remodeling. Once the basement is finished, if it looks anything like the rest of the house, there is no way you could find a better place for the price. Thanks Kristin!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Bruce was responsive and easy to work with.

Fred's place was absolutely fantastic. I had friends and family in from Florida and we had numerous activities to choose from. Restaurants are close by. I recommend The Paisley Pig Gastropub. Also, each night there was a fountain/light show within walking distance. Also, the sunset at the beach was beautiful. This was all on top of the beautiful place we stayed in. Finally, thank you very much Fred for helping out after we had checked out. You made it very easy for our party to come back and retrieve items that were very special.

Perfect location for testing the local restaurants. The condo's primary bathroom is decadently luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in, and the fire feature in the LR is so pretty and perfect for early morning coffee. The unit is quite large, definitely room for two couples with private spaces for each, or if you're like us, two people to have private WFH spaces. (Be aware, there's no desk or WFH space set up, but ample room to sit at the counters.) If you struggle with stairs, you access the unit via an elevator which is quite convenient but the stairs inside the condo are long. You can easily never go downstairs except to do laundry. We visited in winter so did not get to use the balcony, but it looks perfect for use in better weather. If you want to stay close to downtown, this spot will be just right.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay and would highly recommend their home. Great location, secure building and well taken care of.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay! Exactly as described and very clean. Very safe building with easy access to the condo. The elevator was great! Comfortable furniture and bedding. We’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a great 3 bedroom space in GH or Spring Lake area; DO NOT pass this property up, whether short-term or as long as you can get it. Clean, clean, clean; well appointed and stocked with kitchen cooking ware, pots pans, silverware etc. Right in the think of all the goodness the lakes area has to offer. Thank you Jon!!!! Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

Very clean and enjoyable place to stay with lots to do in the area. We'll definitely keep Christophers place in mind next time we're in the area!
