This Airbnb is amazing. The apartment is very nicely decorated , very cozy and feels like home . Willem and Linda have thought about everything and the house is equipped with all kind of things. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, in nature where you can see also horses. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with which you can get to Nijmegen centrum very easily. The hosts are really friendly and communicative and take care of everything, also by providing with goodies for breakfast!! Totally recommend it for short and long stays. Overall an excellent choice!!

This property is a true countryside gem! Carmen was an exceptional host - responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The open format layout provides a wonderful sense of space while still feeling cozy and private. The natural surroundings are magical - waking up to bird songs and having friendly farm animals (pigs and horses) nearby created a genuine rural retreat experience. We particularly enjoyed access to local trails for walking and exploring the beautiful Dutch countryside. The amenities are excellent - the wood stove created a warm atmosphere, the charcoal grill was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the private sauna is a luxurious touch (just allow ample time for it to heat up). The yard created a peaceful outdoor space that complemented the interior nicely. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that's still accessible to Dutch attractions, this is an excellent choice! We would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß und bietet viel Platz. Auch der Blick auf den Golfplatz oder die großen Bäume im Vorgarten waren sehr schön anzusehen. Die Kommunikation mit Marie-Theres war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, daher waren Check-in und Check-out über die Schlüsselbox einfach und problemlos. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, es hat nichts gefehlt. :)

Heerlijk verblijf! Alles was schoon, goed geregeld en op een top locatie. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

We waren met 6 personen in het appartement. En wanneer je elkaar goed kent is dat qua privacy goed te doen. Wil je iets meer op je zelf dan is 4 personen prima. (Bij ons stonden twee bedden in de woonkamer.) Maar het is een fantastische locatie in het hartje van de stad. Lopend vanaf het station ook nog goed te doen als je niet al te veel bagage hebt. Er is een ruim balkon waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten, of borrelen wanneer alle terrassen overvol zijn :) AH zit praktisch om de hoek. Fijn dat beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig waren. Alles was brandschoon. Dikke aanrader dus!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Melina & Rick! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl man nur 1 Gehminute von der Innenstadt entfernt ist! Auch zum Wasser sind es nur ein paar Schritte, mit guter Möglichkeit schön spazieren zu gehen! Die Kommunikation mit Melina & Rick war super und wir haben auf alles direkt eine Antwort bekommen!

Een zeer verzorgd compact appartement vlakbij het centrum en makkelijk lopend te bereiken vanaf het station. We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Bas. Voor mijn jarige echtgenoot was er zelfs een cadeautje! Het appartement voldeed geheel aan onze verwachting. Je hoeft bij Bas pas om 11:00u uit te checken. Erg prettig!!

Ontzettend leuk huisje! En een leuke gezellige indeling. Mooie groene planten in huis en een verse bos hyacinten op tafel. We hadden het koud bij binnenkomst maar de ruimte was heel snel verwarmd. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo het bos in naar verschillende klompenpaden. Ik zou dit huisje zeker aanraden aan anderen, en zelf zou ik het zeker nog een keer boeken. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en misschien tot ziens!

Marianne's home was a great place to stay for a long, quiet weekend. The accommodations were beautiful and the property peaceful. Absolutely recommend to any traveler looking for a restorative retreat.

Wij hadeen een heerlijk verblijf! Onze hond was mee. Vanaf de B&B loop je 400 meter over een onverharde weg om bij het losloop gebied (met watertjes) uit te komen. Dit was super. De tuin was volledig omheind, dit gaf ons rust om in de fijne tuin te luieren en een hapje te eten. Albertine gaf ons tips voor wandelingen en mooie plekken om te lunchen. Het ontbijt is van harte aan te bevelen!

Wir waren für einen Familienausflug mit 8 Personen und einem Hund vor Ort. Die Unterkunft (besonders das Schlafzimmer im 1.OG mit Blick auf den See) ist ein absoluter Traum. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für eine Familie. Wir konnten am Anreisetag bereits um 11:30 (anstatt 15:00 Uhr) in das Ferienhaus und am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis 15:00 Uhr bleiben, anstatt bis 10:00! Rundum super - auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft von Suzanne. Der Whirlpool im Garten lädt zum entspannen ein und im Haus gibt es genügend Platz, um mit Freunden eine gute Zeit zu verbringen - Alles ist sehr geräumig. Am 1. Urlaubstag war leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt, allerdings hat unser Host Anne-Mirte direkt eine neue organisiert und vorbeigebracht - sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wij hebben de dagen rond oud&nieuw een fijne week gehad op deze plek. Het huisje is leuk ingericht en voetbalveldje en bos naast de deur. We zijn lekker veel buiten geweest dus, ook de veranda is een uitkomst. Er zijn ook veel spelletjes aanwezig voor binnen en verder was alles perfect verzorgd. Vriendelijke mensen op het park ook! We komen graag nog eens terug.

Erg fijn huis in een mooie omgeving. Het huisje is erg mooi opgeknapt en het was er rustig. Ook de omheinde tuin was fijn met onze hond, daarnaast lagen de bedden goed en was de badkamer ruim.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Besitzern mit Getränken und Schokolade empfangen und bekamen eine Hausführung und hilfreiche Infos zur Umgebung. Amersfoort ist wunderschön und von der Unterkunft fußläufig erreichbar mit netten Lokalen. Im Ort konnten wir auch Räder leihen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral für Touren nach Urecht, Haarlem, und das Ijsselmeer. Auch Haus Doorn ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Haus mit überdachtem windgeschützten Freisitz, wo wir unser Frühstück einnehmen konnten. Wir würden es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen !!!

Fleurs place was the dreamiest escape from the busy few weeks we had with family in the Netherlands. It was everything we hoped for & the home matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. A Plus for a comfortable bed & beautiful, tasteful furnishings as well as so gorgeous nestled in the woods. We wish we could have stayed longer and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful romantic getaway.
