Cute little houseboat in the best location on Caddo Lake. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for a post-Christmas getaway for our family. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved playing the supplied games and brought some of our own. It was close to Petit Jean, which we visited. We brought our two pups and they just loved the big fenced in yard. Wish the weather would have cooperated more, but certainly not hosts fault. The only negative is that there were some mouse dropping in the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and we saw a couple roaches. Other than that, the place was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Very cute house with gorgeous windows and views of the lake. It's conveniently located to just about everything you'd want to do in Hot Springs. It isn't super baby proof but that wasn't a problem for us, just something some folks might want to know. Already recommended the house to some friends!

We enjoyed the stay even though it rained the whole time. The pellet grill on the back deck worked great. Watched movies and celebrated our granddaughters birthday. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and go to the lake.

Tamara was extremely attentive and a fabulous host. The house was a perfect location for a family with small kids. Can’t beat the lake views, absolutely gorgeous.

We loved our stay and greatly enjoyed the easy lake access. Sitting out in the hot tub especially at sunset was stunning! We loved that they were pet friendly. We had a lot of fun fishing, caught 10 fish total! Definitely recommend a great water front getaway!

This house was perfect for a visit to Hot Springs National Park - just about 25 minutes away. We absolutely loved the gated community - very scenic with numerous golf courses, hiking trails, and good restaurants. The view of the lake with a hot tub and the very comfy bed put our stay over the top. Thanks for a wonderful first Arkansas experience!

Our stay at Dennis’ place was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and located in the most peaceful location! Dennis was very accommodating and provided great local tips— we got to do everything we wanted, and found out about much more we want to come back and explore! We can’t wait to return to Hot Springs Village, and are so appreciative for the peace and ease of this vacation all thanks to Dennis :)

Megan and Daniel are wonderful hosts, very responsive as well as clear and informative. The house was very clean and organized, just as the description. Perfect home for my wife and I to get away for several days and relax. The sunroom was wonderful to enjoy listening to a thunderstorm as well as the ability to see the lake. The ability for garage parking was a bonus! We would definitely rebook for another trip here. Highly recommend!

We were looking for an off the beaten path place to stay and that is exactly what we got! It was quiet and peaceful! The sunrise and sunset from the porch were breathtaking! The Jo was very accommodating and was great to work with! We will definitely be staying there again!

We had such a relaxing peaceful time. The kids done some fishing while I sipped my coffee from the balcony. Me and my daughter done some baking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The sitting area on the bottom area had plenty of room for the whole family. We had a great time and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

The apartment is very nice, and the view is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Erica’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location - right on the lake! My family and I enjoyed walking along the shore looking for seashells and playing in the water. Nice sandy bottom. It was nice to sit out by the fire and make s’mores. Inside is nice and clean. Spacious enough for our family of 5. Approximately 30 minutes from downtown Jefferson, Caddo Lake (we took a boat tour leaving out of Uncertain, TX), and Longview. Erica’s very responsive. We had some difficulties getting the fire table started on our first night and she sent her neighbor to help us the following morning (I didn’t message her about the fire table until 10pm the night before so I appreciated her getting someone out to help us so quickly). Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay, Erica!
