Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, moderne, confortable et propre. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, face à une petite aire de jeux pour enfants (avec une table de ping-pong). Une belle terrasse (avec 3 lapins) donne sur un canal apportant encore une touche bucolique et chaleureuse à la maison qui n'en manque pas... Le tout à proximité d'un métro (15 minutes à pied) conduisant en 10 minutes à Amsterdam ; arrêt de plus très bien desservi ! Stéphanie est de plus accueillante, serviable et réactive. Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de ce choix de logement qui présentait toutes les qualités que nous recherchions ! Nous y avons passé un beau séjour !

Quelle joie de retrouver un logement airbnb tel que le prévoyait le concept :) vous vous sentirez chez Anne comme à la maison :) n’hésitez pas une seconde ! La situation permet d’accéder facilement à Amsterdam, mais aussi à Utrecht que nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir.

Stays like this is why I use air bnb. Amazing host, super helpful, offering many recommendations. The house itself is immaculate, spotless, like new, and super cool. Son played beautiful violin. The nearby restaurants are great. You can bike into Amsterdam just as fast as you can drive, and the ride is along a beautiful river. Overall better than expected.

Wir waren zu sechst bei Lizet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, egal welcher Art, stand Lizet mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Vorort, der jedoch super angebunden ist. Wir wollten Amsterdam und Umgebung anschauen und dafür war es die perfekte Location: Mit Bus (alle 7-10 Minuten) und Metro (alle 7 Minuten) ist man sehr schnell in Amsterdam, aber auch gut bspw. an Haarlem angebunden, wodurch man schnell am Meer ist. Der Vorteil war, dass man dann einen ruhigen Abend am Haus verbringen könnte oder im Ort essen, ohne Touristen zu begegnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbare Unterkunft - sehr ruhig und privat. Wunderbarer Garten und sogar Spielsachen für Kinder. Super für Familien wg Trampolin, Schaukel und Kinderstuhl.

This absolutely lovely house ticked every box possible for our family. We had come to the Netherlands to visit friends and family and we felt as though the house were our own for the week we were here. Roger was so accommodating at every stage of our vacation and we really appreciated everything about our stay. So sad to be leaving Ouderkerk but hoping to return again in the not too distant future. Thank you Roger and family for a wonderful week.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa de Hester & Maarten durante 15 días este mes de agosto. La casa es muy acogedora, con un salón para lectura o ver la TV y disfrutar de la chimenea en días fríos, una cocina-comedor diáfana con parte del techo de cristal y acceso directo al jardín. Las habitaciones son cómodas y el baño con vistas a los campos que tiene la casa en la parte posterior (verdes, por supuesto). La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, en una calle tranquila a orillas del rio Amstel en Ouderkerk, fuera de la ciudad. Para visitar Amsterdam puedes usar el tranvia o el bus y en 15 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. La comunicación con ellos ha sido fluida y han resuelto nuestras dudas y consultas rápidamente, así que no podemos hacer otra cosa que recomendar esta vivienda para escapadas de una o dos semanas a Amsterdam. Nos hemos sentido como en casa!! Como dicen en neerlandes , hemos tenido esa sensación de gezelligheid, esa sensación de confort y un ambiente acogedor.

Hans was an outstanding host. He was kind, warm, and respectful, and he was always available via chat if needed. The place is new, clean, well-equipped, cosy, and lovely. It is easy to reach via transportation, and Hans offered private car parking in front of the apartment if we needed it. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet, and elegant. Two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the bus stop are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Buses connect the airport (25 minutes, no change) and the train station (5 minutes), connecting the Amsterdam city centre in 20 minutes by metro or the main tourist cities by train. Several international food restaurants (Italian, Indian, Dutch, French, etc.) are within a 15-minute walk. It is also a safe place for kids to play in nature and offers a lovely walk on the Amstel River.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Jamila et Maurice. L'appartement est extrêmement agréable à 5 minutes du métro et donc à environ 20 minutes d'Amsterdam par le métro. L'appartement est dans une résidence calme, il est lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. L'accueil de Maurice a été parfait et il nous a mis tout à fait à l'aise pour nous sentir comme chez nous. Merci à Jamila et Maurice et nous recommandons vivement votre appartement.

Mon week end à Amsterdam a commencé par l’accueil chaleureux de Sef. L’accès au centre ville en 35 mn est direct en tram (arrêt à 5mn à pied). L’appartement est très fidèle aux photos calme et agréable, propre et rangé. Quartier résidentiel tranquille. Commerces de proximité dans la rue du tram. Je recommande.

Séjour très agréable chez Wies. Le quartier est calme et la mise à disposition de vélo est pratique. L’appartement est propre et lumineux. Merci encore pour ta gentillesse.

Peaceful and cosy home, excelent host made everything easy for my stay 💯😊

Susanne’s place was the perfect place to relax after exploring Amsterdam. The large windows bring a lot of natural light and the beautiful sunrise was very nice to wake up to. The place is close to the tram and only took 20-30 mins to get into town. Many bike paths and trails to explore as well. Suzanne is the perfect host making sure my stay was pleasant. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, we felt at home. Green area right outside of Amsterdam, easily reachable by public transport. The apartment is sparkling clean! And it has everything one needs for a nice stay. Especially we appreciate high quality pans and pots, as we cooked a lot. The host is very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

I had a perfect 7 days here, the house was like my own home, very well stocked with all the supplies, cosy and warmly furnished, and quite convenient close to a Plus supermarket. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Holland.

Kris was a great host, very kind and proactive. The appartement was exactly what we were looking for, far enough from center for easy parking and access but close enough to have the convenience of taking public transport into town. The appartement was spacious and well laid out. We had a wonderful stay!

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour chez Pascale. Pour un séjour au calme, pas trop loin du centre d amsterdam (30 minute porte à portes de la gare centrale), dans une maison propre, grande, agréable, et qui a de la personnalité, vous êtes au bon endroit. Les chats sont gentils et nous avons eu un excellent contact avec Pascale. On y serait bien resté une semaine de plus..😁

Laura’s place was in a great location. It was super easy to get to other attractions/food/shopping. Not to mention the place was clean. One of my favorite things was how easy it was to pick up the keys. Thank you again Laura for the accommodations.

Le logement était conforme aux photos et bien décoré. Beaucoup de parking gratuit disponible. Grand balcon meublé. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, c'est un vrai Airbnb et pas un appartement destiné uniquement à la location (c'est un vrai plus). Il faut compter environ 45 minutes pour arriver dans le centre avec les transports en commun depuis l'appartement. Le couchage était correct. Encore merci !

The apartment was just perfect, everything you could need and was a great size for the two of us. Also the area was very quiet and relaxing. Magali kept the place very clean, and she was helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. She even kindly had a bottle of wine, coffee and other essentials there for us on arrival!! Overall, we loved our stay and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Thanks so much to Kevin for all the help and advice in regard to our stay in Amsterdam. Kevin’s apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Wanting to be close to family only 4-5 minutes walk away. We were close to the train and managed all our outings on public transport. We stayed in December and the apartment was perfectly warm.
