Cozy, modern retreat. Everything to feel at home. Great location!

Great host and prime location from Ouray main street and quick access to all the 4x4 trails that I planned for my group. Less than 2min walk to the start of main street and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 5 minutes away from the trailhead for Campbird Road to Imogene Pass/Yankee Boy Basin. 10 mins away from the Alpine Loop Start (Mineral Creek trailhead). Less than a 3 min walk from the Ouray Hot Springs. Marta was extremely responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for parking. Everything inside and outside was clean, spotless and functioning. Will definitely be back to use this location as a homebase for our 4x4 trips in the San Juan National Forest. The home was very spacious. Having 2 fridges and 2 kitchen spaces was great! Plenty of rooms and beds for privacy. Beautiful upper living room with large windows to view the mountains.

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

We had an excellent stay. Glenn was very accommodating and responsive when it came to having any problems. You are less than 30 minutes from Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Walking distance to downtown and a very beautiful park and walking path right out the front door. We really enjoyed the place. Clean and had everything we needed to cook. Hopefully be back in the spring when the weather warms up.

Brian was super helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and comfortable. And they have a ton of kid stuff, which was super helpful!

Great place to stay in Mountain Village. We had to get out of the Houston hurricane quickly with no power, and the place is super easy and the Peaks staff makes everything seamless. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Telluride. Accommodations were very comfortable and just a few steps from the chair lift for skiing.

We had a lovely visit. The place was roomy and well-lit, with a view of the slopes and next to a stop for the local shuttle. We will return.

Clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is private, safe, and very close to the resort. Sleeping accommodations adequate for our group of 12. The kids liked the bunkers, football, and games downstairs. The hot tub was clean and functioned well. Overall great stay in a nice place for a good price.

We had a great stay in the Purgatory Condo. We were close to the mountain and the Shuttle Service was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable surroundings after long days on the slopes.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Stargazer Chalet! The location is perfect for skiing at Purgatory. It was private and incredibly comfortable. One of the best stocked Air BNB’s we’ve been to, as well. The kitchen has everything you need to cook while you’re there and there are tons of toys and games to keep kids occupied. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long ski day! Basil was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

Had a great long weekend at the Tiny House. It's just as described. Has all you need and everything you don't. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It's big enough for 1-2 people and very cozy. It was a peaceful place to stay with my dog (As a dog owner, I love the fact that she doesn't charge extra!) Thanks for letting me stay at the Tiny House!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Wonderful location and super close to Purgatory resort. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was nice and on the backside of the house overlooking the large property in the snow. The house is large and very accommodating however the stairs to the lower level are steep. All bedrooms are on upper or lower levels so be prepared to go up or down a set of stairs. We had a few minor issues but Ira the host was very responsive and was able to resolve all of our issues.

This is the second time I have stayed at the cottage and again it felt like a home away from home. There is a comfortable desk to work, and its very quiet! Kim and Jerry are wonderful hosts, and I will definitely be back!

We stayed at Stacy's place for 2 night in order to enjoy the fresh powder at the resort. The home was as described and clean. There was a grocery store right around the corner. Our little ones were able to enjoy the indoor play area at the library a few blocks away. There was parking in the driveway. We had an extra car and Stacy was able to help us get a parking pass so that we could park on the street. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub.
