This is the second year we’ve stayed at the house in the winter and it was just as fantastic as we remembered it. It’s seriously one of the most boujee and beautiful beach houses. You feel right at home, everything’s clean, and you have every kitchen appliance you’d ever need. The hot tub is especially nice - it’s so dark at night in Duck you can see every star while you lay in the warm water. Several times we talked from the house into Duck which was easy, and it’s right across the street to visit the actual beach. Internet speeds are 25mbps for the remote workers. While we were there the new fiber company was laying conduit, so hopefully they’ll get an upgrade soon. Not a single complaint I could make. The hosts are fantastic. Answer every phone call. They stopped by with a gift for being ok with a single construction bag in the driveway for the pool. They’re awesome, it looked perfectly fine but they went out of their way anyway. Book it!

Great place to stay. Felt welcoming and right at home. This Airbnb had everything we needed during our stay. We liked the location very much as we had restaurants and grocery stores near by. We enjoyed the recommendations and discounts provided.

We absolutely loved Remember Bark When! Very clean and felt so comfortable! The amenities were awesome! I stayed in the jacuzzi! My fur babies loved the back yard and my husband loved the pool table. Host was absolutely fantastic and quick to respond! We’ll definitely be back!

You can tell Aaron has put a lot of work into redoing this property. All of the facilities worked perfectly, and we never had an issue with the property during our 36 days stay. The back yard is peaceful! Aaron was always responsive and helped us with all of our questions that came up!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was my favorite part. It was so well stocked with quality equipment! The air conditioning was wonderful in both units. The two houses in one make it perfect for family that need a get away from the crowd from time to time. I can’t say enough good things about this house. The walk to the beach was super easy even with a 2 year old and 2 three year olds. Such a good place to play games with your loved ones, cook memorable meals and of course enjoy the beach.

Very comfortable house in peaceful country setting.Everything was so comfortable and clean. Went to see the tundra swans and snow geese at Pungo Lake- thousands of them and gorgeous- such a thrill. This area with bodies of pristine water, unending corn and cotton fields is my kind of country, plus the attractive towns of Columbia, Creswell, and Plymouth- a great area to visit and only less than 40 miles to Manteo and OBX.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cute beach bungalow! This couple could not have been kinder or more accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

This stay was pretty rushed and unexpected for us but Mark made this experience very easy for us. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and the lady upstairs made us feel very welcomed. This is a great space right on the island close to everything you’ll need.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

So nice we stayed twice. And will stay here again in the future. Convenient location to the beach. Very quiet. Great value! Looking forward to our next visit to Frisco.

We loved our stay at Heather and Tom’s home. It was definitely “home away from home.” So relaxing and peaceful, just what we were needing. The king bed was comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, this is by far the cleanest. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

This spot in Salvo was just so perfect! I was looking for peace and tranquility and I found it! Easy to find and well located. The most outstanding feature was the view of the Sound from the windows❤️. Niki and Ervin were friendly and helpful hosts. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Core memories were made . I will be back every chance I get .

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie’s. We had everything we needed away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked plus there’s also a grill. The place was spotless and we felt very comfortable with our stay. It was easy to relax in a place like this and just get away for a bit. Katie is also very responsive and the communication was great. We wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

Anyone who steps foot into Longacres will forever find bliss. Here, there is peace both found within confines of the walls and the space that lies outdoors. The kitchen and living room reminds one of home, and the rooms provide an unmatched amount of comfort. The home alongside the area of Manteo/Outer Banks, North Carolina will never fail to amaze whoever steps foot into it, whether from weary traveler to the loving family.

We really felt home away from home. Very cozy and welcoming property. We had everything what we need. We found great seafood market 4 min away. We cooked fresh catch for dinner every night. We like hiking, and biking. So many good trails around. We did a lot activities first part of the day and afternoon was great time at the beach. We will come back and recommend this charming place for a couple.

10/10! I enjoyed my stay so much I've already booked another stay there! The home was very clean as was evident by the prevalent smell of air freshener and fresh-smelling cleaning products. I have a very sensitive nose, so for me it was a bit much, but the issue was quickly and easily resolved by letting in the fresh ocean air. The home was extremely well-stocked and the bed was very comfy. The host was responsive and friendly, and the location is perfect -- very idyllic and peaceful.

Home had a "Lived in" feel but everything was clean and tidy. Lots of extras came with the rental (Grills, gas, and plenty of kitchen ware). Overall great experience and the price point is spot on.

The location & home were both beautiful. Taylor was so helpful with everything. Super responsive and accommodating! We enjoyed the spacious and lovely backyard every morning and the comfy couch in the living room for game night in the evening! The bikes were a plus! We were able to take a nice ride down the sound side! The house was extremely clean and the decor was modern and inviting. We were SO lucky to be able to enjoy the outdoor shower- truly the best part of warm weather vacationing!! This place deserves 5 stars, and more! **this next bit of information is purely to inform and was not an issue for us** You are able to hear all guests in this home, all the time, if they are moving about or talking. The walls seem very thin. But for our group this wasn’t a big deal! We are already talking about booking this place again for our girl trip next year!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, Taylor!!
