Second time we've booked this house, genuinely one of our faves!

Einfach Traumhaft. Wir haben die Seele der Eigentümer gespürt.(im positiven Sinn:-) In diesem Haus wurde viel Liebe zum Detail investiert. Belinda war immer für uns da, sie hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt, sie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, genau so sollte es immer sein, beste Vermieter ever. Die Ausstattung in diesem Haus ist super - nur um ein paar Beispiele zu geben: Dry Ager, Pizzaofen, Siebträgermaschine, ordentliche Messer die schneiden, Fitnessraum,... ich könnte hier eine lange Liste machen. Es gibt 3 wirklich schöne Schlafzimmer, alle schön hell, alle haben eine nette Aussicht! Es gibt 2 Außenbereiche einmal in einen Art Innenhof mit Pool, hier ist man toll geschützt, und auf der anderen Seite mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen (das Licht am Abend war immer sooo schön). Hier stehen Lounge Möbel zum gemütlich sitzen und Wein trinken. Es gibt auf dieser Seite auch die Möglichkeit außen zu essen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Me, my partner and my friends had a great stay at Christiane's place. The location is amazing with nature and beach around the corner. The house is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Both the architecture and interior design are absolutely stunning. The check-in experience was great: David gave us clear instructions and plenty of information on the surroundings and interesting places to visit. The house was exceptionally clean. During our stay there was sudden unscheduled loadshedding that caused some trouble with the alarm and wifi: this was to none of the hosts fault. In fact the host and her co-hosts were pro-actively helping us with the sudden inconvenience in the best way they could. This is a very high quality listing from a true Superhost with super co-hosts. Highly recommended to all other guests.

We really liked this house. Nice quiet location. Well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub and pizza Oven. Comfy bedrooms.

This was a weekend of a lifetime.. This house is so lovely and we all immediately felt at home. So much thoughtfulness has gone into creating the home. Sitting in the heated indoor/under cover pool with a view of the mountain, while watching our friend doing the bbq/braai was one of those moments of shere gratefulness. It was a double blessing that we had a weekend with out wind in Betty's Bay. Thank you for sharing your home with all of us!

Zebra’s View is an incredible retreat, perfect for relaxation. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ocean views are breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to witness dolphins and seals playing in the water. In the distance, we even spotted a whale spraying water, which was magical. The wildlife adds another layer of charm—beautiful birds frequent the area, and the zebras made a delightful appearance on the small strip of lawn just in front of the patio. A couple of things to keep in mind when booking: 1) There is ongoing development around the property, so if you’re staying during the week, the noise and presence of builders will be disruptive. 2) The path nearest to the house that leads to the beach is quite steep, which could be challenging for elderly guests or those with physical limitations. Skyroo is a truly special and exceptionally beautiful place. The Gemsbok villa is amazing, you have absolutely everything you need and the hot tub is a great little something extra. The setting is spectacular and don't forget to look up on a clear night as the stars will take your breath away.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning villa in Stellenbosch! The home is modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is absolutely perfect—close to top wineries, fantastic restaurants, and the charming town center, yet still peaceful and private. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made our experience even better, and the hosts were wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

we loved it. here you really get down to gear, we enjoyed the view and the surroundings. fantastic nature wherever you look. the hosts were super friendly and helpful. we stayed two nights but would definitely recommend more nights so that you can really get all the impressions.

We had the most amazing time staying at Susan’s place in McGregor—honestly, this house and its grounds are straight out of a Pinterest board, but with better Wi-Fi. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in—it truly felt like home. The location is so peaceful. And the night sky? It was like the universe was flexing its stars just for us. Now, I’d give this place a solid 10/10, but… the pool had a little surprise for us. When we uncovered it, it was more green lagoon than refreshing oasis. With all the sunshine on offer, we were hoping for a dip, but instead, we tried to play pool cleaners for the night. Sadly, our efforts to make it swimmable by night two didn’t really work out. Still, would 100% come back…

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. Miriam was a great host and ready to help whenever we reached out. Thank you for such a wonderful stay 🙂

The historic Herbert Baker design provided a comfortable and homely space to dwell in. Our family felt at home immediately. Its was a privilege to have spent the few days at this property.

We have booked Bruce's wonderful Whale Huys for our extended family holidays... we were a small group of nine people. I used to live in Gansbaai and De Kelders for a decade in 20 years ago, and my parents and my brother's family had already visited the region also. What a pleasure to discover Bruce's amazing house and to be able to enjoy Walker Bay and the coastline of De Kelders from this house. René, the property manager, welcomed us to the house and showed us the facilities. The house was absolutely perfect for our family and our stay... we just wish we had more time. The house is stunning and offers incredible views over the Ocean and Walker Bay... looking westward, the sunsets are just stunning. The house had every amenity one could need or dream of. The rooms and spaces were spacious, comfortable and perfect, the terraces were amazing, the bar room overlooking the pool was ideal, etc. Just the perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this house when visiting the region!

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

We absolutely loved our stay in Christi’s mountain retreat. The decor was lovely, the view incredible with not one building or human in sight. Pure bliss and hope we can return again.

We had a wonderful stay at Skillies. The hot tub is an absolute highlight. The house has a beautiful view overlooking apple orchards. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sound of nature and peace. Nadene, Japie and Adri were very warm and helpful hosts. We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

We had the most lovely stay at Lalapanzi, the cabin exceeded our expectations and the surroundings and views were so beautiful and tranquil! We will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality!

Wow!!! What a gem of a place!! Unbelievable location and surroundings. This is definitely the place to go to when you want to get out of the city. The owners are just as nice as this place is beautiful. We will definitely be back. I also hope you get to meet Japie - kind soul who loves lamp tjops :) And go find the waterfall!!!!

a great house in a wonderfully quiet area. perfectly and very tastefully furnished. a few minutes from the beach. with a bit of luck you can watch zebras from your bedroom in the morning ... hildegarde and thys are wonderful and helpful hosts. we would love to come back ...
