Our family had an incredible stay with Karien. I cannot say enough about her hospitality and kindness. The home itself was safe, larger than the pictures, well stocked, and so comfortable. We were there over Christmas and it was a wonderful home away from home. The beach is right across the street and the outdoor area is fabulous for watching the sunset. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is at the top. We stayed in the home for a month. Whenever we needed anything, Karien was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the Strand, Somerset West, Stellenbosch, and Cape Town. Thank you, Karien!!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Mila’s place. It’s perfectly situated in Hermanus as it’s close to the main town centre but still private and quiet. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need. There are lovely personal touches such as chocolates, hand soaps, coffee pods and much more. Marianne and Karin communicate well and nothing is a bother to them. Thank you for our amazing stay. We will certainly recommend Mila’s Place to friends and family, and hopefully visit again next year.

The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of everything. It was exactly as per the photos and description with brilliant amenities.

Great space, everything you need and more with the added extra touches. Safe and Secure Location, so close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Will definately book again when in Cape Town.

Ach, wir haben die Aussicht aufs Meer geliebt! Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Hermanus ist ein schöner Ort und auch im April kann man viel unternehmen: Cliffpath, Klipgat Caves und Grottobeach. Unsere Kinder fanden das Pirate Adventure Golf sehr toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn Walsaison ist.

Stunning house, incredible host and support when needed. Had a door sticking on arrival, and Hanel had a locksmith around within 30 minutes to fix it and make our stay more comfortable. The location is great, beach across the road is stunning for swimming. We really enjoyed our time in Gordons Bay and this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Absolutely liked everything about this unit. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. What a gem of a unit! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the unit has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Chantelle is an amazing host, very responsive, kind and polite. She went out of her way to gift us a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. we felt perfectly at home at the flat. It is modern and Chantelle has thought of so many things to make our stay comfortable, there were snacks and juices in the fridge. A really special touch

Das Appartment im dritten Stock hatte von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer bis hinüber nach Hermanus mit seinen spektakulären Bergen. Küche, Wohnzimmer und erstes Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigten. Wir haben uns in diesem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit L war sehr nett und jederzeit hilfreich.

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. Here you get your own little paradise! A top view from your living room over the sea towards Summerset and Cape Town, just above the beautiful big tropic deep green garden of Wieneke. Its a quiet, cleaned up district where I always felt sound and save outside (you may hear the navy doing its drills neareby). The small harbor and beautiful beaches are just around the corner. The climate is more pleasant here due to the mountain and sea winds slowly moving up- and downwards. I loved it! Will come back one day.
