We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for where we wanted to go in the area. The house is nice and met was a comfortable place to stay.

From start to finish my experience with Ken was top tier. The house is beautiful and was perfect for my leadership retreat. My business partners are still talking about it . This is also great for a family getaway.

We loved this Victorian home full of character! The beds were comfortable as were the gathering room couches. (Yes a new loveseat not shown in the pictures). The back porch was perfect for relaxing any time of the day and we used the table out there for meals too. We sat in the back yard to stargaze. The kitchen was extremely well stocked!! It is just delightful when a host/hostess takes the “B and B” part of this traditionally - with some breakfast items available! SO nice! 😊 We had some trouble with the shared bathroom not draining but were able to get it resolved. Great communication with our hosts! We loved the location- one block off the main strip of shops and restaurants in Midway! And as stated 15 - 20 mins to at least 3 distilleries, more cute shops in Versailles and to Keenland. Only about 30 mins into Lexington. Just perfect!

They were super responsive and provided everything we needed to stay in communication with them. Even when we had some questions about anything or concerns, they were beyond helpful with our group! And they provided a few things as part of stay such as some drinks and snacks! We loved staying here as a group and would recommend it to anyone! The communication is the best!!!

Jenni’s house was the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy our family time in KY. Jenni should write a “How To” book for Airbnb hosts! Jenni started communication prior to our arrival which was not only helpful, but made me comfortable if/when I needed to reach out during our stay. Next, not only is this house perfectly decorated (looks exactly like the photos), but it is perfectly appointed as well! I have been to Airbnb’s that either have nothing or the absolute bare minimum with regard to things like, kitchen accessories…even utensils! NOT this house! We made three big dinners during our stay and we had EVERYTHING we needed to cook a full spread each time-there’s an air fryer, a crock pot, frying pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes, oven mitts (yes, I stayed in a house once that did not have oven mitts…and I didn’t even realize it until I needed to take something OUT of the oven). I could go on and on, and would, but I’m out of space. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This house was PERFECT! There was plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the property. It is very close to distilleries, wineries and restaurants. We hope to visit again sometime!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and cute! Beds and pillows were cozy and the layout was perfect for our family. The only “negative” is that some of the sheets were pilled and need replacing and it would have been nice to have some shampoo and other toiletries in the bathrooms. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Darlene put together a very thoughtful list of local points of interest, had a lovely, clean home that was a wonderful respite from our travels. We stopped on our way back to TX from TN to see the Ark exhibit and really enjoyed our stay.

My stay with my family was absolutely amazing. Cindy's Beautiful home made it so wonderful, especially since I hadn't had all my children and grandchildren all together at once, in a while. The house was just right for the location. Very quiet and private. Very spacious for eating and playing games. it only had one t v in the great room, but it worked out for what I wanted to accomplish. We were all able to spend precious time together aside of TV and video games. this made the trip even better. it was a private area, and we pretty much stayed in the house most of the time. we had some funny moments being awakened by the roosters, and the cows mooing. the host was absolutely wonderful, very polite, and responded quickly. the house was very beautiful inside and out. the only thing I would say is, kind of dusty in areas and needed a fresh touch. As far as things needed, everything was supplied. How thoughtful of the host. We loved our stay. Thanks so very much. Bless you, Cindy.

My family and I (3 adults, 4 kids) had an amazing time here! It’s conveniently located near a lot of stores and markets, in addition it’s only 10min from the Ark Encounter. The property is well maintained and the onsite manager was a pleasure. The home is beautiful and maximizes space. The morning light shining through the windows gives a serene feeling. The highlight for me was definitely the night sky on the back patio. I’m a star gazer so being able to see all of God’s glory next to a burning fire was amazing. We will definitely try and visit again in the summer. I Wish I could buy the place and keep it as a family vacation spot!

We loved the farm setting, huge living spaces, pool table, and quirkiness! Living spaces were perfect for a large group to be gathered at times but then also spread out for different activities or playing games. There are hundreds of books to enjoy, kids’ toys, games, and cards. Plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. We visited in winter so we couldn’t use them, but the large screen porch, pool area, and outdoor fire pit are amazing and we all agreed it would be fun to come back in the summer! One of the two lower-level bedrooms can only be accessed by walking through the other bedroom or through an exterior door on the pool deck. There is a door between but privacy is really diminished for both. Especially because the shared bath can also only be accessed from the walk-through bedroom. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend getaway. We would definitely stay again!

beautiful house. after all great stay! bed were very comfy! house very clean. had to change out the fire alarm batteries d/t low batteries and it kept going off. but other than that everything was great!

What a joyous weekend away we had at Fox Hollow. Renee was a fantastic host. The house was clean and cozy. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the games available! Our only worry was with our 2 year old on the basement stairs. While there was a gate at the top of them, the rugs on the steps and the openness of them made me personally uneasy to let her be independent on them. But this won’t deter us from staying here again! Our kids are already asking to come back this summer!

From all the “Green Girls” that stayed. It was clean, smelled good, beautiful, easy to schedule, host was very responsive. Everything we needed was there! ~Keli I especially liked that there were quality Kleenex in every room and air freshener in the bathrooms. Those things are added amenities rarely found in most rentals. The view was spectacular too! ~Judy Very clean, cooking supplies were excellent, comfortable beds, house stayed warm, beautiful views! ~Toni This house was very nice! Being country girls ourselves, we felt right at home! The house was decorated beautifully which made the stay even nicer. Gorgeous views. We stayed in Feb and there was snow! Being from TX we don’t see that very often! One thing to note, the listing does say no WIFI available so keep that in mind when planning your stay. ~Traci

We loved our stay at Mary and Tony's place. The home had everything you would need and then some. Bed slept great. Everything was decorated nicely with no clutter. The honey, eggs, and cookies were great. The view was beautiful and quiet. Location was great. Very close to the Ark Encounter. We visited The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Both were absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for your lovely home.

The place is as cute as the photos - perfectly appointed. We cooked all weekend and had everything we needed. Tons of room for all. Outside area is lovely - can’t wait to come back in the summer and use the pool! We had unexpected snow and ice while visiting and the owners even reached out via text to make sure we were okay. Perfect stay! The home comfortably accommodated my wife and I, our two kids, and my in-laws. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook every meal with ease. Plus, it’s just 8 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—highly recommend! Five stars!

We had our first extended family vacation to the ark. It was my parents first time in an air bnb and they said they wouldn't be going to a hotel anymore after this. It was a short trip, but we had a blast and the house was very clean and homey. Easy to find and minutes from the ark. Thank you for hosting Cindy!
