I thought the space was unique and we were comfortable once we got settled in. I liked the quiet neighborhood and we were pretty close to a variety of restaurants.

Matt’s place made for a great stay. The property accommodated our large group very comfortably and its layout and design are very cool. The kitchen came well equipped and the outside patio space was very cozy. Would stay in Matt’s place again!

Visited downtown Frankfort to see a show at the Grand Theatre. Booked this apartment because it was very close (100' down the street) to the venue. The unit was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the dedicated parking spot, good and plentiful coffee, and location, location, location. The host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as described, with lots of helpful tips and tricks. Checking in and out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful for the most part. There is a fire station right down the road, so you will hear the occasional siren. It is a perfect get away spot for a couple. There is an adorable coffee shop right across from the apartment. Over all we are pleased with the entire experience. The designer is very talented!

We had a great time! The apartment is adorable and cozy. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, and our daughter. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the donut/coffee place on Sunday morning. We weren’t able to make it next door to Al’s bar, but it sounded like folks were having a lot of fun over there! Comfortable bedding, which a top priority for me. Would definitely stay there again 😊

We stayed here for our visit to the Ark Encounter (less than 10 mins away) and the Creation Museum (35 mins away). The home was as described. The home is near a railroad track but we didn't find that to be a problem. The community was calm and the proximity to Walmart, the Ark and places to eat were great. Anything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We would stay here again and appreciate our kind hosts!!!

We had a great time at Joseph’s Pointe. The place was in a beautiful secluded location. The house had lots of space and felt very much like home. BBQing off the back deck with beautiful views, was very peaceful. This is definitely a place we will return too.

A beautiful home with amazing accommodations. We are a large family so it’s important for us to prepare many of our meals at home. This property is equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans, and even spices to assist in meal preparation. The home was very clean and the linens were very clean. Kids loved the games but also being able to be outside was wonderful. The rolling hills and sunsets were so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and detailed with instructions which made our entire visit seamless. Highly recommend! You must stay here!!

Lovely home with lots of space to spread out. Our second time here to gather with family for Christmas. We look forward to coming again next year.

Easy check-in at Josh’s place! We traveled & stayed here for the Ark Experience, which was a fairly easy 20min drive down to Williamstown. All amenities were easy to access and available to us, even with smart tv’s & fast wifi. Located in the beautiful rolling hills of Northern Kentucky, would definitely stay here again if in the area!

in the middle of nowhere, but was everything we needed! Scott was beyond helpful and if we come back to this part of Kentucky we will definitely stay here again! maybe when it's a little warmer 😊 horses were absolutely beautiful, too!

The place was a nice retreat from city life. The location was in a nice quiet area with barely any noise. When we arrived it was super clean and ready to be stayed in. Had everything we needed to stay for about a month. If you needed food or anything, Kroger is literally a minute drive from the location. Also want to give a shout out to our host, Katie. She is a amazing host, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. She is very kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shelbyville. Wonderful place!

We stayed in the Four Roses Suit and it was wonderful. This was during the snow and it felt really cozy and was had a great HVAC system heated up fast and stayed warm all night easily. Walking distance to Vallozzi’s which is excellent, and the coffee shop on the corner is really great too. Host were responsive and good to deal with. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful historic part of Lex, very walkable to restaurants, cafes, bars. Easy street parking. The apt is stylish, comfy, clean and spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but depends on what you prefer. Easy check in, great communication and local recommendations. Highly recommend this place, beautiful apt in a great part of town.

This is a beautiful Airbnb rental with everything you could ever need. The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting. The towels were so nice that I looked them up online and will order some for my home. There is even a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Everything was luxurious and thoughtfully done. We will stay here again!

Great condo, love the decor. And the location was pretty awesome and convenient to everything, only 1.3 miles to Rupp. Would def. Recommend this place and hope to come back!

Lee was super nice. I wish he had more time to sit and chat with us. The gift certificate for the restaurant was a nice touch and the food was excellent. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, coffee, muffins and bananas were a nice touch as well. I loved the decor, very unique and genuine. Friday night we had a great time at Paradise for dinner and then we had drinks at the local cigar/bar where one man played guitar. Charlie was great. Saturday we had an amazing tour at Hartfield and Company. I highly recommend it if you are into bourbon, distilling or making beer. They are putting out great products. We tried to go to dinner several places on Saturday, but they were all closed due to the pending snowstorm. Thankfully, La Esperanza was still open. My Spanish is rusty, but it was fun conversing the best we could. Regardless, the food was amazing and the prices reasonable. Hopefully, Paris works on having more things to do within downtown walking distance. It's a cute place.

Fantastic location to Rupp and surrounding bars. Maybe a 10 minute walk to them? Safe neighborhood as well. We had no issues walking back from the game at midnight. Place was extremely clean, water didn't smell (Lexington notorious for sulfur smell), good towels and clean linens. If I "had" to complain I would say if you were a light sleeper, I would bring ear plugs as you are in the city and get all the normal noises. The water pressure isn't the best and the turn in for the parking lot needs a sign or bright hi-vis marker to let you know you need to turn. None of these are deal breakers. Very pleasant stay and worth the price. Excellent safe & secure parking too. Will be back if they have us. TY
