Morgan was great at hosting and quickly responded to questions during our stay. The house is well furnished with modern appliances, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, fenced back yard for taking the dogs out, and bed linens are top quality. Very comfortable stay. Too bad the lake effect storm moved in so we had to leave a day early to get ahead of the storm we would be driving through. Informed Morgan and she offered a little discount for our inconvenience. All in all it was a very good experience.

Excellent stay. Shannon's place is amazing. Spotless clean, open concept, beautiful views of the river, huge deck, peaceful and quiet. We were a party of eight adults. tons of room, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, great Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, it had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms to sleep. The check-in process was easy and everything was easy to find in the home. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The hot tub was especially lovely as the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for! Again, a lovely visit and we would highly recommend. This is an excellently kept AirBnB and a really kind and thoughtful host. We had forgotten some belongings behind and were quickly notified and he offered to ship them back to us, making our life so much easier and solving a problem that could have been a headache! We will be back in the future!

We had an exceptional experience at this place! The environment was tranquil and the surroundings were simply beautiful. The host was incredibly friendly, providing us with all the necessary instructions and even helping out when we encountered a minor hiccup with the fire. The adorable animals on the property were a delightful bonus, and we were even treated to some fresh duck eggs! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

We had a group of 5 of us staying in this home plus a dog and we were very comfortable. The house is very clean and well furnished. Hosts responded promptly. Lots of space to relax plus a fenced in yard for the dog. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to spend some time with friends. Well kept. Clear instructions. Responsive Host. Managed to clear the driveway on time after winter-storm. Everything is as shown in pictures. Lots of activities can be done nearby. Some things to take note of - We visited during peak winters so it was difficult to get continuous hot water in shower and we had to stagger the shower timings to adjust to it. No nearby grocery so be prepared.

As a host Charles was one of the best I have dealt with on AirBnB. He was always quick to respond and he checked in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. The property was very clean, very well equipped and I can't think of anything I would have required that wasn't already provided. The location is easy to find and provides good privacy. There is a well stocked grocery store that sells beer, wine and spirits that is only 5 mins away. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here and I plan on returning in the near future.
