Wonderful weekend stay, amazing amenities inside and was a lovely cozy environment, would recommend and would definitely stay again

We had a relaxing long weekend. The cottage was easy to find with parking. It had a lovely private fenced garden that allowed our two little dogs to wander. It was bright, airy, very clean, comfortable and warm. The wine was a lovely surprise on arrival thank you ☺️. It was home from home. It was very central to places to visit. With Didley squat farm shop and Chipping Norton only a 7 minute drive away. Thank you Nicky for making us feel welcome.

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Just back from 3 nights at this lovely barn conversion set in a very picturesque village and only a stones throw from the local pub. Loved everything about our stay. Christian was extremely friendly and helpful. The village has wonderful walks on the doorstep. Visited the pub on 2 occasions and had the warmest of welcomes from the landlady and locals. We hope to return soon.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Had a service to go to nearby and needed somewhere for an overnight stop. Really lovely, comfortable house in a quiet part of the village. Dom was helpful and responsive throughout.

Grrat couple of days in the Cotswolds. Stephanie was a fantastic host and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a group stay.

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

Loved this house! The photos don’t do it justice it is way nicer in person and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend as not too far from Henley and Marlow for activities.

Beautiful Airbnb, great value for money. Great places locally and a really helpful booklet of local things to do. Very well behaved dogs free roaming which was a nice surprise! Has everything you need inside the cabin and loved the fresh eggs, would 100% stay again

We stayed for a couple of nights to go to Raymond Blanc's restaurant, just a 15-minute walk from the barn through a delightful village. We ate out in Oxford and brought salad back for the first night. If we'd wanted to cook and eat at the barn we could have prepared anything we wanted. This is honestly the best-equipped kitchen I've been in when travelling! Sarah goes beyond providing all the essentials, there was a range of tea and coffee, to suit most tastes. Though I was glad I brought my decaf. Earl Grey. It was a wonderful experience spending time in such an open and airy place. Sarah ensured it was warm inside despite the cold outside. We arranged to have the extra bed made up so grown-up children could sleep separately. It is open-plan apart from the bathroom and master bedroom, you do have to accommodate each other. When the TV is on other people need headphones in the bedroom with no door. There's ample parking and Tesla superchargers are just 7 minutes away.

We really loved and enjoyed our stay. Lovely scene and very peaceful.

We had very clear instructions so the pod was easy to find. It was exactly as per the pictures and descriptions. It is a small house but with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The location is very rural, peaceful and quiet with great views. we had a couple of questions to ask Kirsty and the response was immediate and very helpful. We certainly enjoyed our time at Park Hill Pod Farm and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely gorgeous Shepards hut! A real treat to spend a few days there. So peaceful and beautiful. Host very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

For anyone who enjoys a country setting and long walks in a beautiful location, this will be the best Airbnb you have ever stayed in. It is peaceful, clean, and comfortable, and the hosts are thoughtful and communicative. There is a great pub right across the street, and the center of Oxford is a half hour walk along the canal, with boats and swans to look at. This is my second stay here, and I hope to come again!

Accommodation was spot on, ideal for our small group and the dog. Parking was also fine, was concerned at first as it was on street parking in he village but when we arrived there was plenty of space for us. Used the cottage as a base so didn't explore the immediate area that much but did wander round the village with the dog and it had a lovely feel to it. All in all, suited all of us for our weekend break.

Our stay in the Cotswolds was complete because we stayed here. There was everything we needed for breakfast waiting when we arrived. I absolutely love the leather book that lists information for the area and around the house. I slept so well here due to the high quality bed and linens. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable property. Easy to find, off road parking and clear instructions. A good location for exploring the local area and a quiet, private and spacious place to return to.

The fireplace added to the rustic ‘away-from-the-city’ ambience, the piano was also great feature as both myself and my daughter play and it was nice to ‘jam’ in the cosy lounge by the fire in the evening

A really lovely hideaway for a few days. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus a fantastically huge telly and surround sound! Great location with excellent pub across the road and some good walks on the doorstep. Pete and Rachel were welcoming and very helpful and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Courtyard cottage was stunning, spotlessly clean and beautiful location, so much so we extended our stay! Thank you Charlotte for arranging a seemless check in and the extra night with excellent updates and directions. We look forward to a return visit!
