Recently stayed at Hannah’s property, super host and a lovely stay.

I could not fault anything at this beautiful location and premises. Everything I needed was there and the space and surroundings were quiet, tranquil and peaceful. Great for an "unplug" weekend and worth recommending.

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

One Word: WOW. Everything was perfect in the chapel. You feel the love that was put in this beautiful building. Furthermore, Dan is the perfect host. On arrival a bag full of surprises was waiting for us. The friendly communication, the hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations!

Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

Great location that is ~25-30 minutes from city center and many of the sights like Radcliffe camera. Also has a well connected bus stop right around the corner that made it easy to navigate around much of the city (especially when some of our party was tired of walking). Rooms were pretty spacious (especially master and loft bedroom) and having access to a washing machine in the house was great. Henrietta was very responsive to any questions I had and we enjoyed our stay!

Sophie is a great host. She was very friendly, always happy to help and quick to respond whenever we wanted to ask something. The house was spotless and very home from home. The location couldn’t be better really. It is so convenient to be in walking distance to the centre of Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. The Christmas tree in the house looked lovely and added to the festive charm. We would highly recommend Sophie’s place.

We had the most amazing stay at Kinvara's. There are beautiful walks as soon as you step out of the driveway which are dog friendly. There are great pubs in walking distance and the whole village is picturesque. The Nest itself has everything you could want, including a delicious cake to welcome us. The bed is very comfortable and there is a beautiful view over the fields where we could watch the sunset. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic stay at Edward’s. There were two of us so we used the guest room as a second bedroom. Stayed for 4 weeks whilst working at the theatre. Easy 20 min walk to city centre, close to shops, pubs etc. Absolutely lovely flat, warm, well equipped and very homely. Quiet location, free off road parking. Edward is a great host, very responsive and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you Edward! Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

Wow! Where do I even begin. Nena and her family, along with their staff, were extraordinary hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, and provided lovely recommendations when asked. The beauty of this property is unmatched! The hazelnut cottage was the perfect place to unwind and relax after our busy days in London and Paris. There was plenty to explore on the property as well - playing croquet on the lawn was a highlight of our trip! For our first vacation to Europe from the states, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. We are already planning a trip back and will recommend these cottages to everyone we know. 1000/10! Ps. The carrot cake is delicious!

Sophie’s home was truly amazing. Located in this quiet serene location with walkable nature trail to a lake nearby, and with tastefully designed interiors and what I could describe as my dream kitchen, the only word for all these was just AMAZING! With very drivable roads it’s really easy to get to from Oxford. The bathroom is super clean and pretty with a nice tub. Would love to stay again if there’s a chance and perhaps get to meet Sophie and her family as they were away for the weekend!

Fantastic directions to the property were given prior to us arriving and when we did arrive what a lovely find it was. Tucked away by the canal but surrounded by a lovely tea shop and a pub. Inside was lovely and clean and all facilities provided. Our dogs were made very welcome too. Garden was large and the bedrooms a good size with comfortable beds. It’s such a lovely location, 4 minutes to Woodstock with its many shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, we loved it. We walked around the gardens of Blenheim Palace which was glorious. Great location to the rest of the Cotswolds too. We will definitely be back. Hamid was very responsive and answered any queries we had within minutes. Thank you and loved your place

Nena’s cottage is a hidden gem. It exceeded our expectations. The place is super cozy, squeaky clean and fully equipped to the smallest detail. The Christmas tree and welcome hamper were a kind touch that made our stay more welcoming. The location is great, surrounded by nature in the middle of beautiful Cotswolds. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.
