Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

I booked Clare’s house for a get together with friends and it was a perfect choice. The house was immaculate. All you could need is there. Everything is super high quality and there are plenty of glasses, plates etc. so you can fill the dishwasher and not run out! It was super warm and comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. Lovely bathrooms too. We went to the friendly local pub and there are lots of lovely walks you can do in the area. Clare really is a 5 star host who has made Little Hardings a home from home. She made sure we were all fine, but left us to enjoy our stay. We all said we would stay again without a second’s hesitation. The outside space was also great, even on a chilly, but sunny morning. I could say more, but I think you get the idea. Absolutely wonderful!

Jeremy's was a home away from home. We couldn't asked for an amazing peaceful setting. Home had become crazy, after a sinkhole appeared. So to be able to relax for a few days was just what we needed.

Interactions with Helen before and during were excellent, great instructions and let us know we could check in earlier than first stated .

We had a wonderful family reunion at Keeper's cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated, full of character and was warm and cosy. It is located in a pretty village with several good nearby pubs. Amelia's communication was first rate with a comprehensive guide sent through in advance to help with planning the trip. The bedroom with the single beds is more suitable for children or a single adult. A bit tight for 2 adults. There were 5 of us for our stay which worked well. Would definitely recommend.

Visited Owls Barn for a birthday celebration with friends and family and a baby. Beautifully decorated spacious barn. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great location. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. Already planning return trip next year. And we saw the Tawny Owl on the garden fence on the last morning which was a real treat.

A fabulous stay at Titi's place in Wheatley. We were visiting family in Thame and it is half way between the lovely town of Thame and Oxford, so a perfect location. Waterperry Gardens are nearby, a lovely place to visit. The Mount is a fabulously comfortable house, beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. It felt like real luxury for us to have such a lovely place to stay. Beds were super comfy and fantastic to have two bathrooms to share. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.Thank you!

A beautiful location ideally situated for the highlights of the Cotswolds. In particular, the property was a highlight, feeling like a home rather than simply a base.

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

Carol was very kind and helpful. Carol popped in to see us when we got there, to ensure that we got in ok and if we needed anything. We were greeted with a bottle of wine to share, this was a nice touch as we were there to see in the new year. The cottage was amazing and just felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend :-)

really enjoyed our stay in this tiny place. good to be aware there is no lounge area (inside though there is outside) - it is really small, and not much window! but it is very sweet and in the loveliest quiet spot beside a canal - so the walks etc were gorgeous and it was a good base. we had some issues early on but Heather was really responsive and helpful and someone came over and sorted us out quickly and with minimum fuss. For that reason I am giving 5 stars. They do seem to care about your comfort. Lovely quirky place for 2.

We had a relaxing long weekend. The cottage was easy to find with parking. It had a lovely private fenced garden that allowed our two little dogs to wander. It was bright, airy, very clean, comfortable and warm. The wine was a lovely surprise on arrival thank you ☺️. It was home from home. It was very central to places to visit. With Didley squat farm shop and Chipping Norton only a 7 minute drive away. Thank you Nicky for making us feel welcome.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

I was blown away by Vale Cottage. It was absolutely immaculate, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool and hot tub were brilliant and also so incredibly clean and well cared for! Bridget was really helpful and responded to all messages straight away. Our dog loved the enclosed paddock and the heated floor in the cottage. It couldn't have been a better base for us. We'll definitely be back if we're staying in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gus’ place this weekend to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday. The accommodation was in a great location with an excellent park nearby our daughter and dog. The horses in the field next door were also a bit hit with our little one. Thank you !!

We loved staying at Bertie’s - Tess was a wonderful host and answered all our questions. The cottage is so charming and cosy - picture book! We can’t wait to stay there again soon!

We absolutely loved our time at Laura and Jamie's place. The location was great, lots of nice villages only a short drive (Bourton on water, Chipping Norton, Stow on the would etc) The facilities inside the house are great for anyone travelling with an infant and the sky tv was a nice touch in the evenings after a day of exploring. We will definitely be back :)

We had a lovely weekend in the barn, it was very clean and just like the photos, it was so quiet too which was great. It is close to popular places like Bourton on the water, Broadway and Stow on the Wold, we would definitely recommend this lovely place to stay.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to get that peaceful getaway immersed in nature, look no further!! Glorious green surroundings, adorable horses in the stables on our doorstep, and a cosy and clean property that feels more like a home than a house - what more could you wish for?? Victoria was highly responsive, friendly, and was also kind enough to make us a reservation for a pub lunch nearby before we left. We also brought our dog with us who loved it as much as we did. Overall a wonderful stay - we’ll be back!! 🥰

Cosy4Two is a perfect cottage to relax and enjoy for a short break in the beautiful Cotswolds. We really enjoyed the freshly baked bread, eggs and everything else in the breakfast basket, plus the Neal's Yard toiletries, a real treat! We loved all the local walks with Martha, our working cocker, especially to Bledington, which has a great community shop/cafe and the lovely Kings Head pub. We also had fantastic meals at The Chequers in Churchill, Daylesford Organic, and only a short walk away at The Feathered Nest in Nether Westcote. On our final morning Lucy's partner Chris, and another local resident, couldn't have been more helpful in jump starting our car when we had a flat battery!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adam’s place. His home is immaculate, and beautifully decorated. A fabulous layout which works well. Its location is handy for all the local attractions. We even had complimentary Prosecco and fresh milk and a huge bunch of divine white roses! Highly recommend this cottage. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Adam, it was perfect.
