The location and ease of access were exactly as described! I really appreciated the hosts' special touches – I won’t spoil them, but I will mention the beautiful local photography displayed throughout the space. I had events to attend at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, and this place served as a nice nearby home base while I was in town. Thank you, Mark and Trinity!

Sharrôn was a welcoming host. We felt right at home during our stay. She offered snack bags and coffee as we got up in the morning as well as pleasant conversation. Overall, she was an amazing host.

We make frequent trips to Thousand Oaks and are happy to stay at Katlen's place when it is available. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful open spaces with miles of hiking trails. We enjoy walking over to the trailhead in the early evening to catch the beautiful sunsets. The unit has its own private access and Katlen provides everything we need for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend Katlen's place.

Joel’s place was nothing short of amazing. The location has a calm, relaxing vibe—perfect for detaching from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was easy to find as long as you follow Joel’s directions (just be cautious of the narrow, winding road). The house was clean and cozy, and we even got to meet Theo the pup and their sweet cat! One unexpected bonus—the water was incredibly soft and sweet. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Tao’s place was very comfortable & spacious. It was really appreciated after a long day of working. They had all the essentials and the decor was very modern. Tao was very responsive when I had a question. The area is very quiet even considering all the neighbors are doing upgrades to their homes they kept the working hours to a decent start time. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Oraklus's place was just as it appeared in the pictures. Very spacious and great ocean views. Great breakfast restaurant just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Mila's place was clean, cute and cozy. It’s a back unit with an easy access private entrance and a nicely kept gated back yard. The train runs right behind the house, but honestly with the door closed, we didn't even really notice it. From the beginning Mila was responsive and very accommodating, especially with us bringing our dog. She also provided a clean dog bed and bowls, so I didn't have to worry about packing them. We were there for a week and had a comfortable stay. I would definitely book with her again. Thanks Mila! :)

If you want to stay in Malibu, this is the place to stay! The views offered here are exceptional! The hosts were very nice and they were very responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped, making it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute drive from Ojai, allowing us to enjoy the town while staying in a peaceful setting. The kitchen had everything we needed, though a bit more lighting would make it even better.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Kim & Sue’s apartment. The updated kitchen and bathroom seem to be newly remodeled and squeaky clean. The digital fireplace is such a nice touch and was really cozy when watching tv in the evenings. Love the area of Calabasas and would stay again.

Jeffrey was flexible and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and made for a great stay in Ventura!

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

We stood here for our anniversary trip and it was PERFECT! The location is incredible and you have everything you need at your fingertips! The host is spectacular and very communicative! Highly recommend!

The beds are incredibly comfortable and it’s a nice place to stay

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to come back. Thank you again Kiran.

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!
