Jeffrey was flexible and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and made for a great stay in Ventura!

This location is very close to the beach. My husband walked to the beach with our toddler and our baby no problem, there and back. It is close to a lot of eateries, and Vons grocery store. There's a lovely backyard for you and your family to relax. It's a great location. 2 story, with bedrooms upstairs.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

If you want to stay in Malibu, this is the place to stay! The views offered here are exceptional! The hosts were very nice and they were very responsive.

Mila's place was clean, cute and cozy. It’s a back unit with an easy access private entrance and a nicely kept gated back yard. The train runs right behind the house, but honestly with the door closed, we didn't even really notice it. From the beginning Mila was responsive and very accommodating, especially with us bringing our dog. She also provided a clean dog bed and bowls, so I didn't have to worry about packing them. We were there for a week and had a comfortable stay. I would definitely book with her again. Thanks Mila! :)

We gathered to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday and had a great time! The house as well as the front and back yard were exactly as described with clear instructions on how to utilize the amenities. Neighborhood was lively and friendly, very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. My daughters especially enjoyed walking down to the donut shop in the morning :) Will definitely book again next time we are in town.

This place was perfect for us! We loved the Pierpont community vibe. The beach was a 5 min walk away and there was a wagon for us to use which was wonderful. Instead of bunk beds like the listing photos, there were twin beds, which also worked great for us. We felt super at home and the host was extremely helpful when we had any troubleshooting to do. We would love to stay again!

We had a sweet time in Ojai over spring break at Jennifer’s house. It was plenty spacious enough for our family of five and I appreciate that she has put thought into the simple design of the space. It was a quick drive to town, which was very convenient. And there was a great pottery sale just down the street which was a fun surprise. The house sits on a pretty busy road (by Ojai standards), so it wasn’t really feasible to walk or bike with kids from the house. Other than that we had a great visit!

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Julie was a great host and very communicative. The place was better than described and was very clean, comfortable, and nicer than described. Our family enjoyed Julie’s home and her place made our getaway very relaxing and a great stay. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would highly recommend Julie’s home and would definitely return again when in Oxnard.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks, and a guidebook with local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Celita and Steve were such wonderful hosts! With access to the whole house, they made sure I felt right at home and never failed to ensure I knew where I could find anything I could need. Their dogs, Hunter and Olivia, are the sweetest and are incredibly well behaved and made my stay all that much better! The residential area is far enough from the 101 that the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, without being too out of the way. If given the opportunity to visit Ventura again, I would definitely stay with them.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

I was on the hunt for a cozy, cool place for our family of 5 with 2 grown children and 1 teen to enjoy family time together. We initially chose Oxnard b/c of its proximity to Sunburst Railbikes which we were eager to experience. However, narrowing down our exact accommodation, I was intrigued to read not one but three reviews that stated this was the best Air B ‘n B ever stayed. I am now the 4th to say that. Loved how central the townhome was to shops, eateries, hikes and adventures yet how delightful it was to stay in and watch movies on the 3rd floor. The decor and color palette of each room was just right, evoking a warm, peaceful feeling. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything needed to prepare meals, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was remarkable. All 5 of us were thrilled to enjoy such a memorable vacay in this lovely home away from home!
