This house was perfect for our needs. The pool was so refreshing. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and clean. I really appreciated the special touches for our baby! Pack and play, high chair, toys, and a care basket. I’ll absolutely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

We had a great time at Agota’s rental. Everything was as described and pictured. Communication was very prompt, which is very appreciated. One thing to point out to future renters: even though it is clearly noted within the description that the pool is heated by solar panels only, it was not clear to us that this means that the pool will not be heated on days when it isn’t sunny (which is obvious, but definitely not something that we thought of and a bit unfortunate). We would def stay here again though and recommend it

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home! In addition to being of architectural interest the home was cozy and comfortable for our whole family. The kids swam all day, and the adults cooked and enjoyed the back patio and atrium areas. The yard and outdoor areas were lovely and well cared for. There were so many things to do close by - from hikes, to shopping, restaurants and museums. Instructions and information provided by Dicle and Trisha were easy to follow and clear. They were responsive and helpful in all communications. Will book again.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, being super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! We enjoyed our time in Ventura and this house was in a great location. Very close to all the areas we were visiting. Very cute neighborhood. The house was definitely as described however the remodel workmanship in the house was a bit haphazard and lacking in quality finish details. Still we had a good stay and I would recommend!

We had a great stay. We wanted time at the beach and had never spent time at Oxnard or Hollywood Beach. The house and beach were a total treat!

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

We loved our stay in the gorgeous home! Amenities are incredible and it was such a beautiful getaway. We also had someone leave a ring and their cleaners found it and hung onto it for us to receive the next day. We are so appreciative and would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb stay was truly fantastic. The guest house is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, making it an ideal retreat. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything one could need and then some! We cooked several meals during our stay, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and tea bar was a delightful touch, complete with a variety of snacks. The level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. The Host’s Guidebook was filled with great recommendations, and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. We’re already thinking of reasons to return to SoCal and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a magical time staying at this quaint little house outside of town. Within seconds of parking the car, the horse next door stuck her nose over the fence to say hi to our 5 year old daughter who was over the moon to meet this gentle giant. She spent every moment available petting her nose and feeding her bits of grass. The house is super cozy and well stocked with kitchen items (pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc..) all the things needed to feel right at home. We even bbq’d on the patio. The house is in a rural area, plenty quiet and beautiful with a well stocked market 5 minutes toward Santa Paula and the town of Ojai 10 minutes in the other direction. Beds and couches are comfy, plenty of sheets blankets and towels available. Angela was super friendly & responsive if anything extra is needed. The WiFi worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

What a great place to stay! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5. Extremely clean. We enjoyed the TVs, foosball table and pool table. Loved the big kitchen table as we like to play cards. Nice pool but we didn't use it since it was cold out. Would definitely stay here again when back in town. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping. Great hosts too!

We stayed at Joseph's place for a whole week, it was perfect for our visit. We used the pool and hot tub every day, Joseph heated the pool and hot tub for us with a very reasonable fee. The pool and hot tub were super clean and were lit at night, provided a serene ambiance at night. We especially loved the deep end of the pool and all the pool toys that came with the house. There are plenty of chairs and tables in the backyard for relaxing and family gathering. The most special part of the backyard is the privacy, this house stood at a corner with almost no neighbors around, makes it a great family vacation place. I also appreciate how pet friendly this house is. The interiors of the house are also great, with 3 different living rooms to chill out. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable and clean. Also loved the desks for working, Joseph even provided two external monitors for us to use. We would definite come back in the future.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.
