Dede and Jan's private pods were THE move for staying Eureka Springs. Perfect distance away from downtown. Perfect for a peaceful wake up and night before bed. 100% recommend!

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the most enjoyable and memorable experience! The space is quaint and secluded, yet close enough to things to not feel “off grid”. The cottage is filled with cute little accent pieces and things to do. We opted to indulge in a couple of the extra things they offer as well, and we HIGHLY recommend the slow course gourmet dinner! Overall the stay was EXCELLENT, the host went above and beyond, and we will most certainly be returning!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The tiny house is so cute and has everything you need. We loved the firepit in the evening and watching the geese during the day while fishing. We will have to return in the summer!

Pat & Ritas place is exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. Probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. It is very peaceful and is a great place to relax. The bed was sooo comfy. We appreciate you sharing your cabin with us. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place to rest & unwind. Very cozy & spacious place! We only spent 1 night but it was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend staying here again in the future!! We drove several miles out of our way to stay here and it was worth every single one!! Adorable place!!

I cannot begin to describe how perfect this place is. Everything was provided and everything was clearly marked with instructions. The view is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

For me this was a business trip and Gretchen and Doug were AMAZING hosts and did everything they said they would to provide and some to provide a beautiful AND peaceful place for me to come back to after a long day from work! I really enjoyed the grounds and seeing the horses especially because I am also a horse owner and this was one of the biggest things that first drew me to her listing. But after I got there, she offered so much more in how warm and welcoming her and Doug was as well as everyone that happened to be at their farm that day. It truly is a hidden gem.

We absolutely loved staying in this space. The property is BEAUTIFUL and it is so generously shared with air bnb guests. The hot tub is such a perk! We really enjoyed some tub time. The added bonus of the deck/fishing was great too! This was a perfect getaway spot, quiet and peaceful. We did a lot of shopping and piddling in the city, and then had a quiet place to come “home” to. The friendly outdoor kitties were an added bonus as well. :) It was great, and we hope to stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great space to unwind and reflect. Those at the neighboring Rockwater Marina were especially kind and welcoming.

First tiny home experience and it did not disappoint. Amazing host, beautiful cabin and close to so many fun attractions and restaurants! Highly recommend!

The Minihouse was fantastic; so clean and cozy. We felt right at home. We wanted for nothing. Candi has thought of everything! We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is a great little house. The space was just right, the surrounding woods and creek are very peaceful and it was a pretty quiet and relaxing area. Some of the trains could be heard a little more than minimal while inside, but with a sound machine and a pair of earplugs it was fine! We had a great time exploring eureka springs and wandering around downtown Bentonville, AR after a 5 mile walk. It was definitely worth going!

The place was very clean. Specifically the coffee marker was spotless which most places don’t clean that and she gave us coffee! A must for a cozy get away! And the place just smelled good

My wife and I came for a quick getaway. The place was spotless, well stocked and comfortable! As we drove into town, we were skeptical of the area (looks a bit run down) but it was the perfect spot! A bit less secluded than I assumed based on pictures but the privacy fence and curtains on the gazebo were great! A quick drive to downtown Fayetteville, great hike at Devils Den, and not a bad drive to Rogers for the Crystal Bridges museum. If you’re planning on hiking/biking, be sure to check directions as we incorrectly assumed some of the trails/waterfalls on the listing were closer than they were. Our bad! We got to town early and wanted to drop our stuff - Anna was responsive and charged us $20 for an early check in. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Will recommend and come back!

Nicole’s cabin was basic but super comfortable—We felt instantly at home. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need… and then some. The real showstopper, though, was the cardboard art. Truly breathtaking. We’re talking avant-garde masterpieces that would make the Louvre weep with envy. In all seriousness, we would absolutely love to come back. I highly recommend this cabin.

Stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding, super close to the venue and the views from this airbnb were absolutely amazing. Wonderful home and wonderful host!!!!
