I highly recommend booking with Charles. The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from numerous attractions, and it’s impeccably clean with beautifully decorated interiors. Charles was an exceptionally gracious and attentive host, providing us with plenty of helpful information that truly enhanced our stay. We especially enjoyed the temple tours with Tom, who offered fascinating insights into the temples and local culture. I would undoubtedly book with Charles again.

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce lieu qui est magique. Le Airbnb est au calme dans la nature. Nous sommes entourés de verdure, de champs d'oiseaux et de jolis lézards. C’est un endroit parfait pour se couper du reste de la ville. La communication avec Abhi était géniale, j’avais demandé une décoration avec des fleurs sur le lit qui a été réalisée à merveille et avec soin. Nous avions besoin d’un taxi également et nous avons pu compter sur Abhi pour tout nous réserver. Je vous conseille fortement ce petit coin de paradis !

I felt like i stayed in a lovely gallery! Really love the interior design, the paintings and potteries made the house look so nice and cozy! And the hosts are always friendly and responsive! Thank you I had a great time staying there:)

12박동안 머물렀는데 정말 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 치앙마이는 4번째 방문이고, 님만의 힐사이드콘도 4에서도 지냈는데 이쪽이 훨씬 활기차고 분위기가 좋더라고요. 혼자 지내기에 아주 널찍한 숙소였고, 특히 실내에 세탁기가 있어서 아주 편했습니다. 주변에 맛집과 카페들도 많고 1층에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 최고였어요. 수건을 많이 쓰시는 분들이라면 여분 챙겨가시는 것이 좋겠고(태국 수건들은 약간씩 가루가 날리니 이것도 참고하세요), 노후된 건물인만큼 샤워필터는 필수입니다. 제 경우 이틀 정도면 필터가 까매지더라고요. 레이트 체크아웃을 허용해주셔서 마지막까지 여유있게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 갈게요!

This property is absolutely magnificent! The grounds are stunning, the environment is peaceful and relaxing, and Pop and Ian are the sweetest/loveliest hosts! They went above and beyond with helping me get settled, offering recommendations, and preparing a fantastic breakfast each morning. This stay was so peaceful, and the perfect spot to escape from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodations are well kept, clean, comfy, and really allow you to reconnect with nature. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I fully intend to return again in the future, and I could not recommend this stay more! Thank you endlessly Pop and Ian!!

We had a really enjoyable time staying at this apartment. It was small, but perfectly practical and well equipped with all you would need. There’s a lovely pool and well maintained gym downstairs. The apartment block is very secure and in a safe area. The kitchen has a good cooktop and a full size fridge for self catering. Lots of restaurants and cheap eateries nearby in Maya Mall and along Nimman Road. The washing machine was very useful during our longer stay. Apiwat and his co-hosts are quick to respond and give great information for your arrival. Love that this is a non smoking block. We Thoroughly encourage any single or couple looking at staying in Chiang Mai to use this apartment.

Wir waren ein Monat lang in der Wohnung von Chayakarn zu Besuch. Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen, es war alles da was man benötigt. Insgesamt die komplette Wohnanlage war sehr schön. Auch die Nähe zum Central war klasse! Mit einem Bolt ist man auch schnell in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️
