My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Kids got a day at the beach. Zoo was about 15 minutes away and sea world (I would have skipped) was 5 minutes away. Wednesday night ocean beach has a farmers market about 3/4 of a mile away. we walked down and we found delicious food for dinner, fresh produce, clothing and art. it was awesome. would highly recommend blue water seafood, you can either walk down the beach or on the sidewalks to get there and Benedict's for breakfast( it's so close and delicious we went there twice. pro tip--if your stay is for a few days or longer walmart will deliver groceries. if we ever return to San Diego this will be the place we will stay!

The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

We loved our stay! The pictures, description, and positive guest reviews are accurate: this is a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and stunning views. It was perfect for our family trip (three people) and could accommodate a larger group, too. The location is close enough to local restaurants/activities without being so close as to hear the commotion. We saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and even spotted a whale! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved Imperial Beach. We toured the entire area and this was by far the best. The accommodations were wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

Warm and welcoming luxury beach house with a relaxing atmosphere. Well-equipped with high-end appliances. Hosts were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

We had a great time at Denise's place! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and a lot we forgot to bring. Very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to a great park with pickleball and tennis courts, an off leash dog park and multiple soccer fields. Short walk to a quiet beach. Great views...the best location in the development with both bay and ocean views.!

We had a lovely stay in La Jolla. It is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for 2 couples. We were able to walk downtown and to many great restaurants nearby.

Natalie's place was the perfect home base for our family of five: two adults and three kids (ages 9, 7, and 4) to explore San Diego over nine days. The location is centrally situated near many attractions for both adults and kids. We loved visiting La Jolla to see the seals, hiking at Torrey Pines, grabbing dinner in Encinitas, and enjoying a fun itinerary that included Legoland, SeaWorld, the Zoo, and Safari Park. After each day of adventures, we returned to a pristine home with an incredible ocean view just outside. Natalie was generous and highly responsive. She graciously offered an early check-in and check-out to accommodate our flight schedules, which was especially helpful when our departure flight was delayed. Her home was comfortable and well suited for our family. Natalie’s quick responses to a few questions during our stay made the experience seamless. We had a wonderful time, felt at home, and would wholeheartedly recommend her place to others visiting San Diego!

Wonderful place to stay for the week! The condo is outdated and needs some repair work, but we don't need anything fancy so we loved staying here! All the appliances work well and the water pressure is good + there is a comfortable bed in the master. We especially loved the hall closet stocked with tennis rackets and beach toys - that was a major plus! The rental agency supplies a starter package of dish soap, TP etc. so that makes it very convenient if you just want to stay the week/end. Others in the condo complex are very nice and it's a quiet community. My husband could surf right out the front door and we enjoyed watching the sun set every night. Convenient to everything and the parking was not an issue for us. Thank you so much and we hope to come back :-)

Mark and Sharon are good people and the best hosts! Detailed welcome info, extremely responsive, bright, clean space, and abundant amenities, and incomparable view! The location is perfection, walk to beach, restaurants, Farmer's Market, etc. For sharing your slice of heaven, gratitude.

we really enjoyed the stay... I would love to book again... my only issue was that the homeless camp outside my balcony window downstairs was a eye sore.. and having to look at their trash and use of drugs was hard to explain to my grandkids. there were a few things that need attention... the patio door Handel is loose.. tried tightening it, but there were no tools.. the ice machine spit out ice a few times on its own.. so if you're not there, it melts on the floor. great place other than that... I would love to book again in September.

Evan's place was a fantastic spot to unwind and reflect. I was dealing with the recent loss of a family member, so this was more than just a getaway for me. The sound of the surf really calmed me, and as a vacation spot it would be difficult to improve on his place. I hope to return when I'm in a more centered frame of mind.

From the first day we felt like at home and we wished we will never have to leave. Having a private access with shower to the Solana beach was just awesome for everyday surfing. The condo contains everything you will ever need, including not one but two coffee makers!

Words cannot describe how great Fred’s place was. Comfortable furnishings, great facilities, the kitchen was plenty big and well stocked and that VIEW … stunning, just as described! Fred quickly responded when I had a question for him, everything was perfect! We will definitely rent this condo again! Thank you Fred and Happy Holidays!
