Great place very close to the beach. Came with equipment and toys for the beach.

Beautiful view of Mission Bay and a great location for exploring San Diego. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean beach and sitting on the deck watching the activity on the bay. Having a garage parking spot was key and we appreciated all the beach gear available in the garage. You can tell this is a popular rental but everything was clean and labeled with instructions.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Great place for the price! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and fresh clean linens. The floor to ceiling windows give an awesome view of the surroundings in the city.

LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! For sure recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!! Thank you, Tamara!

The views from the living area are unparalleled. There is no other building with that 280 degree view that we saw on our walks. Appreciated the locker of beach gear, especially the wagon since we had two little kids and a baby.. lots of gear!! The layout of the rooms was fantastic - lots of sleeping options if you had two families using the space as there are two rooms with only King beds and two bedrooms with multiple options. Kitchen had what we needed but once we found Sara’s we didn’t do much cooking! If you want a longer, thicker, beach towel, bring your own but there were plenty furnished. We could have used some ziploc bags in the cupboard but otherwise - all good. Look forward to another vacation in Mission Beach! Thanks, Makela!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Studio. Its location to one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern CA was ideal. We were literally 100 ft. from the beach. It was comfortable for two adults. Ginger was very responsive to a very minor plumbing issue. It was fixed the day we reported it. We were very thankful for her prompt attention to the matter. Overall, a wonderful experience for us. Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Photos are photos - but this was SPOT ON! The location was perfect, the views were breath taking, and the town was the perfect fit for us. We cannot wait to come back. There is so much to do in and around Solana Beach, and if you are into hearing the ocean all day leave the slider door open and let it relax your mind. The amenities in the unit were perfect for us and we didn't have to venture out every time for a meal - we could cook right at "home" and enjoy our meal while watching surfers and dolphins enjoy the ocean. Take the time and explore the town, venture up and down the coast a few miles, and be sure to hit up the Farmers Market on Sunday. Perfect spot, perfect accommodations.

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

We had a great time at Denise's place! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and a lot we forgot to bring. Very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to a great park with pickleball and tennis courts, an off leash dog park and multiple soccer fields. Short walk to a quiet beach. Great views...the best location in the development with both bay and ocean views.!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

This was a beautiful condo on Pacific beach with amazing beach sunset views. We could easily walk down to the beach and our baby and toddler were entertained by looking at the beach as well as looking at themselves in the many mirrors inside the unit. There was a reserved parking space (gated) and facilities to wash off the sand in the shared garage. Daniel was a helpful, informative, and accommodating host. They also provided a pack n play, beach toys, and beach towel for us which were very helpful. There were also boogie boards and beach chairs available, which we did not end up needing. We highly recommend this host and this condo, including for young families!

Had a great stay at your house and only regret not booking for a few extra nights. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed some great meals together. Thanks very much!!.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s place in Imperial Beach! There was some construction going on at her complex and she communicated with me before our trip and accommodated us for any inconvenience. She was very quick with responding and super friendly. The place itself is super cute! With plenty of space for everyone in our party and the 3 full bathrooms was an extra plus. The location…. AMAZING! The balcony was literally facing the Imperial Beach Pier. My partner and I actually had planned a surprise wedding which we had right in front of Nancy’s place on the beach. There’s plenty of restaurants and breweries around, in walking distance.. which was another great plus. Our favorites were Mike Hess Brewery and we went to a cute little Thai spot a few blocks away. We enjoyed our weekend at Nancy’s place and would definitely stay there again, 100%!

Great 2 bed 2 bath one building from Mission Beach. Sitting on the balcony in the sun, with a view of the beach. Great kitchen, relaxing, and well equipped. walking distance to an amusement park and large playground.
