This was a dream to stay at. The beds were very comfortable, and there were copious amounts of pillows. The bikes, sand toys,, and beach gear were amazing! We lacked for nothing. The only thing is the two parking spots are within a 2 small garages that only fits a car the size of a Honda Civic and even that was difficult to get in and out of. Everyone had to unload before the Civic drove into the empty garage. Our SUV definitely could not fit.

House worked out great in Sunset Cliffs. We were about 15-25 minutes away from anything we were looking to do. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) fit well into the house. The pullout bed worked great for the youngest (6). Neighborhood was nice, property felt private. The intersection in front of the house is active, but never felt unsafe for the kids or too noisy in side.

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

The place was clean, bright, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy and welcoming. We loved that there was stuff for children, like toys/books and stuff to play with in the backyard. It was a nice experience.

Great house with amazing views of Sail Bay from the roof deck. House was exactly as advertised. It’s a short walk to the beach and basically on the bay. Very clean and well stocked. Garage is one of the larger ones in the area and was very easy to get in and out of with a midsize SUV. Would certainly stay again.

This was our first time in Mission Beach, and really enjoyed our time there despite the cold weather. The location was great, 1 minute walk to beach, less than 10 minute walk to tons of restaurants and Belmont Park. I really appreciated that they had chairs for the beach along with other fun beach items. The place was super clean and cozy, had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We came for our honey moon, exactly what we needed. Private, very accommodating with plenty of towels, two robes for the hot tub, two beach chairs. EVERYTHING you could ever need for a relaxing trip to the beach. We loved this place so much. 10/10

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

We had an amazing time during our stay! The location was perfect, providing us with stunning ocean views. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it the ideal getaway for our group. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees overlooking the ocean and the multiple lounging areas through out the home. Every detail contributed to our wonderful experience, and we truly felt at home. Sara the host was very responsive to my questions and I Thank her for being such a gracious host and for ensuring that everything was perfect for our visit.

This little beach house is a bit of an oasis in the middle of a very densely packed, vacation rental area of Carlsbad. The house sits on a good sized lot that is nicely landscaped and private with abundant outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool and patio area provided lots of fun entertainment for our grandkids! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is an older beach home that has had nice updates to the two bathrooms- modern tile in the shower, tub area and floors. Also the frameless glass in the master bath shower was very appreciated. You can park the car and walk to everything in Carlsbad village and the beach is a block and a half away! The only negative is the close proximity to the noisy train. The train itself doesn’t disturb so much, but the horn blasts are quite irritating. You will encounter this problem in many locations close to the beach. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad.

Nima’s Airbnb is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the tranquility and beauty of the space. We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

This place is very clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything you need - Kleenex, pool and beach toys, lighting in the backyard, comfy beds, shampoo/conditioner, a well-stocked kitchen, ziploc bags, a wagon for going to the beach, charging station, detergent, bathroom supplies, large washer/dryer, and more. The beds are comfortable and the air works well. They have great blinds/blackout curtains and nice noise machines in each bedroom. We didn’t notice the train at night either. The dipping pool in the backyard is definitely more useable in warm weather. The outdoor shower is useful for rinsing off sand from toys, sandals, and feet. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. This is a *great* AirBnB. No complaints!

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

Such a nice place in a quiet area. Plenty to do within a reasonable distance. Close shops, restaurants and the beach was easy to get to

This home in La Jolla is an absolute gem!! On a quiet suburban street, with a park, beach parking, and beautiful La Jolla Shores beach all within easy walkable distance (less than a block away). The house is immaculately clean, stylish, and comfortable, light and bright. We loved the private yard, patio areas and the sun deck! The fixtures, finishes, and appliances selected in this newly remodeled home are top notch! We loved the 3 bedrooms in the main house, and the bonus casita with full bath, washer/dryer, and kitchenette was such a bonus! We were provided everything we needed for our stay, and appreciated all the amenities. The linens were fresh and clean, and the beds were really comfy! Natalie was a great host, and is very helpful and responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend!!! We look forward to visiting again!

Gorgeous home. Probably the nicest rental we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Furniture and decor really felt like an upscale home and not just cheap furnishings like some places. Absolutely pristine cleaning job - not a dust bunny in sight. Beds were so comfortable we are seriously considering replacing ours at home with this brand. Steve very friendly and communicative. Very clear instructions. Added bonus of not having to strip beds etc was nice and made this feel more like a luxury villa. Walkable to everything! We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone and would return.

This was such a wonderful stay at Talley's place. Talley was responsive and helpful in her instructions. The place was equipped with house essentials, especially the kitchen, which made it easy for our family to cook and enjoy meals at home. The house is insanely close to the beach; within 1 minute (if that) you can begin your stroll/jog along the beach or have a peaceful time on the beach. Additionally, one of the owners lives in the other side of the house, and it was very nice to meet her and have small conversations. She was very helpful in helping us figure out our parking situation. And she has also given us a few recommendations regarding good places to visit. Talley's place is also pet friendly, which allowed us to bring our pup with us. The house even had pet food/water bowls, which was very considerate. If you are ever in San Diego and are looking for a place to stay near the beach, my family and I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home with a massive patio area and right on the beach. The boardwalk and some public sand volleyball courts are immediately behind the house. While there is always a steady stream of people, it was never too loud. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need and is all good quality. Fantastic location and stay!

The host was very responsive and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Parking was easy, and the place was clean and a spacious. Overall, a great stay—I would totally recommend this place!
