Excellent walkable location. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb. hist provided excellent instructions and the space was accurately described in the listing. Was a great basecamp for visiting San Diego friends and exploring the city.

Guest house on a quiet street, fairly close to SDSU. It was "home base" for our stay in San Diego, while visiting family. Easy access to highways. Local stores & restaurant s nearby. Cute kitchen & patio area. Well maintained.

the space was great for our needs - two adults and two kids from the same family. it's not a big space and the barrier between the sleeping spaces does not block a lot of sound so probably not best for people who are not very close with each other! pullout couch is best for kids, not the most comfortable for adults. we loved the patio for breakfast and location was perfect. thanks for a great stay!

Our family loved Amanda’s place. Master bedroom with a big bed and then twins in the secondary bedroom was perfect for our family of four. The common areas are well thought out and decorated simply and just -fresh. The igloo was out of commission from a recent storm but the rooftop deck was still a wonderful place to sunbathe, relax and watch the sunset. The neighborhood was everything we wanted. Great restaurants within walking distance for any meal of the day and excellent coffee spots too.

Carlos' cottage is beautiful! My husband and I were down in San Diego to meet up with family and this spot was just perfect. The cottage is beautiful and spotless. Carlos is a great host. I highly recommend this place. It is in a beautiful area.

Beautiful home! The check in process was very easy, with step by step instructions and photos. The house itself was clean and included many amenities. I felt safe which was important since I had my children with me. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay and would rent again the next time we visit.

A peaceful oasis so close to all the fun of Liberty Station! I stayed at Greg & Jillian's for a few days while in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to unwind between all the festivities. The guest house is private, so clean, and only an 8 minute walk to Liberty Station which is full of great cafes, restaurants, and bars. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy San Diego!

This was the perfect place for a one night stay. It’s so close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Also the perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to the observatory theater!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

Our stay here was magnificent even with rainy days! The place gets a lot of natural light, great backyard amenities and beach accessories. Host was kind and very communicative. We were able to get very familiar with surrounding area due to location’s walking and biking amenities. You are able to get from here to the airport for $2.50 on the convenient bus route

We had an amazing little staycation over the weekend at the Violet Oasis. Extremely clean, the bed was so comfy we never wanted to leave, both parking locations easy to find and Elizabeth and Paola were super responsive. Rather than feel like we were staying at an Airbnb it felt like staying over at a friend’s place. Their passion responding to their guests, making them feel at home and providing information on what to do in the area really shows in this listing. We will be back!

Kim was super sweet and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful surroundings. Just a really great spot that I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to.

my wife and I had a wonderful time at Carrie's place. she thought of everything and we did not want for anything. lots of thoughtful touches throughout the Casita. when we checked in we were greeted by the cutest little white dog named Rose. she is getting on in years but was very friendly. if you need a quiet, clean, private and convenient place in San Diego you cannot go wrong with this rental. thank you Carrie for a great time. much luck to you on future rentals!

Quiet place

This apartment is great for 2 people to enjoy the San Diego / La Jolla area. We stayed here for a full month. The apartment is very cozy and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! They have an office set up downstairs (in the garage) and work there most weekdays and occasionally on weekends, so you're not in a totally private house (you have your own entrance and space upstairs), but they are close by for questions. As is prevalent in the area our small dog was very welcome in this apartment. If you have a small dog be wary of coyotes that roam the area.

Had a relaxing vacation at this air bnb. Area is quiet despite multiple housing units being close to one another. Looking forward to returning in the future :) !

The property was clean and we really enjoyed the outside patio and firepit. It was close enough to walk to Little Italy, if you are in good shape. We did most days. The home had everything you need. Sam was awesome. Clear instructions on how to use the firepit and whirlpool. He was great at communicating if you had any questions. Do not hesitate to rent this home.
